Not easy to use

Location permission locks out your ability to choose a benefit while at the petrol station. Disabling location fir the app unlocked then. Scam! Will use other brand.

I love this app for many different reasons and I love that it's available for both the iPhone and iPad for the fan clubs that I belong to. However, when I try and edit a blog, it freezes the cursor and does not allow me to edit hardly ever. Also, it's a nightmare to copy and paste as it only Copies and paste one little section at a time. Please fix this as soon as possible thank you.

It cost me 150kr + accommodation costs to get a car wash subscription to use the app. And I still don't know how it works and the man in the shop didn't either. There are no user instructions in the app..? -does it work by scanning the plate number that I have entered? - at the car wash stand there is only a code or card as an option. You get tired!!

You can't do anything without a game popping up over and over and over again. Absolutely insane! I also had to register my bank card four times before it worked.

This last update is really frustrating. I have to click into post details to see who each post belongs to. A feed post should include a summary and the person who posted it should be a part of that. There's no social feed that doesn't include a persons name or user name in each post. Please fix it.

One of the WORST apps I have ever encountered. Won't let me create a new account with a new email, and when I tried to log in to my old Circle account with the email I originally used to sign up, it won't let me enter a password - just emails me a code. I type in the code, then it refuses to log me in and shoots me back out to the login page with a popup message saying, “NO COMMUNITIES AVAILABLE - None of your communities has an active subscription and iOS app enabled.” I'm not only trying to join a new community, but I am also just simply TRYING TO LOG BACK IN SO I CAN CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCOUNT, AS I CANNOT MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I WANT TO USE. I even deleted and re-installed the app and doing that didn't even re-start it so I can make a new account from scratch, still comes up with the same idiotic login page that leads to nowhere but circles.

Tired of scrolling to latest messages. Hope this fix. Whether in phone app, ipad app, browser

Wow another site to steal money from folks reaching out for help. 😔
