Also good app when it comes to refueling with the app. Could be so much easier. You could e.g. Have a qr code on a pump with a screen where you choose first to use the app on the pump and then get a qr code that you scan with your mobile in the app. Then the app doesn't know your location data and you just need to be logged into the app already with the payment card already posted and done. Would have been so much easier for us customers.

After having to reinstall the app, I can't enter the card number, new car number. I get a message that it is already registered even though it is NOT. Terrible app and calling customer service takes time. Customer service?????

It is impossible to log into the application. It does not matter whether I enter a phone number or email, I click "let's start" and nothing happens.

Trying to get into Eriksberg in Gothenburg. It's not working! You want me to book online so it will be cheaper for me but how am I supposed to do that when it doesn't work! You have to deduct that amount when I book the trailer with you! I've been a customer for over 13 years! I've rented trucks and refueled but renting trailers online doesn't work at all. You can call my son and he can fix your website and booking page so it's perfect to use! Such a big company must have a working booking system!

The app works great and their halls also wipe nicely.👍🏻 But it's annoying that they want to withdraw the money at the end of the month instead of the 1st.🙄
