Can not use Citi Mobile app. Maybe I should change banks?

Updated review: this has been unreliable for quite some time. It just hangs whenever I try to make a payment, and go through the app. From five stars to one star this year. From 2021: It actually works pretty good, I never review these things, but I like the interface and haven't had any issues making payments, viewing transactions, etc.

I tried to use the savings account I set up and no security questions were asked of me. Now, citi will not help me and I cannot use my savings account. I will now be using SoFi! Actually, CIT Bank has a higher AYP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CITI.

Not even able to login. I enter my username and password, hit enter and it flashes back to a new login screen. I've tried Uninstall and reinstall and restart phone. same outcome. Any thoughts?

Used to work fine, but they broke fingerprint unlock on the pixel 9. It says it's enabled, but it still requires a password every time

The app sucks and always has problems. I'll get a different credit card. Nobody speaks good English and difficult to understand.

For the past week, I have been unable to access the app using my fingerprint. I cannot get the reader to open up when tapping on it. It used to pop up automatically! What is going on? I am so frustrated!
