Barebones experience
I've had this app for a few years now and it's never been anything more than a basic banking app. There's no real time notifications and no direct deposits will post past Friday. For instance, if you have a direct deposit that is sent on a Friday you will not receive it until Monday. Furthermore, I've noticed that countless credits to my account will post and then will be put into pending status for 24 hours for no reason whatsoever. Likely it's a way of harvesting interest for them when they do that to all their customers daily. It's 2024 and much smaller banks have a much better user experience and policies.

good app for most banking applications. some times app is down due to maintenance this takes a day to come back up.

App & Bank keep the app in an unbalanced state to continue to over charge overdraft fees to customers. check all negative reviews to confirm this reality! Peace of mind is an illusion they want you to feel assured while they sneak in multiple fees. Notifications are not accurate as well so BEWARE OF CITIZENS BANK & THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS! Dissatisfied Customer! On multiple levels

Your customer service need a lot of improvements because we don't really need to call each time we have a problem, we could just only chat via your app unfortunately there isn't this option Think about it because that's crazy

Could be better
I like the Financial insight feature to see my inflows and outflows but it takes like a week to update after a transaction has hit my account. Can't this update sooner???

Great bank, ok App
Great bank, but the app is ok. The app is easy to navigate but it can be difficult to track charges over the weekend and I would love some additional features that are similar to the Albert app. For example, it would be great if there was an easier way to search for charges by typing in the company's name. Right now, you have to select a date range and then scroll through all the charges and the date range only allows 30 days at a time. Also, I hate how when you scroll now, the screen slides up and down and it's super annoying. This happened after a recent update… make it stop!

Since I have done the update on my phone, log in fails! If I can't get in on my laptop, it's big trouble. 😤
