Worst bank ever. Made an account and deposited a check. I have waited a week already and now they are telling me it will not clear until the end of the month. I strongly advise everyone to not use this bank

App makes you reset password Everytime it closes(not even log out). You can sometimes bypass by clear storage and cache and login with login and password. Don't use fingerprint.

App fails daily
The app works great when it works but more often than not it fails and have to use the website. Not a big deal but as always the app should be more convenient.

This app sucks, can't look at statements or tax documents. Says no eligible accounts for documents and no tax forms yet (account is almost 5 years old now) If you go into your account and try to look at the documents there, nothing happens when you click on them. Can't log into mobile website either, just says"error, trying again will fix it or come back later" but doesn't. Only way for me to get to the documents are to go to a computer and log in.

Migraine
If you get headaches regularly, don't bother using this app. At random points in time this application will completely confiscate your access to funds for hours at a time, due to some sort of “maintenance”. This could be in the middle of the night or smack dab in the middle of a weekday, they really do not care. Oh!, and if you want to try getting in touch with their customer service team, I wish you the best cause I have been trying to do that for the past six hours and every time I call them, nobody answers. This is the third out of three strikes for me on this bank application and I think that unfortunately, I might have to switch to a different bank due to how poorly this application is run.

Can you ever get it right?
This app makes me want to change banks. It is so glitchy and down so frequently, that it's just ridiculous. Unacceptable.

Rarely works
Worst app ever! About 30% of the time I can't even log in or see my account. That's literally the only thing this app should be able to do.
