This network is disgusting (no offense), it charged and did not last the 5 days as stated, only 2 [phone], despite what is stated in the SMS receipt

It is the worst mobile phone company.....the plans are more expensive.....they do not provide a good service.....the signal is terrible.....and they steal your cell phone numbers.....apart from the employees, they are all rude.

Always with problems...I don't know if they have configured my cell phone after 2 years...I bought the device with the chip at the Claro agency...it's unfortunate that I took it to be configured...they charged me well...I don't know what happened...it never worked well again...Do they charge at the same agency to configure the device bought there???...I'm not going to give my opinion ➕️...I'm very angry that they do that...they shouldn't, they should be responsible. Thanks
