Good
I love the concept but there aren't enough class times that fit my life. The fluctuating class credits really drive me crazy too. One week a class will be 5 credits. The same class, the same time the following week will be 6 credits. As I said, I love the concept but don't think it's sustainable unless you have a ton of fitness places near you and can bop around easily.

Worst experience ever
I don't know where to start. First of all, I am not sure if this happens to all cities, but in my coty (Munich) spots don't open up until last-minute and then they are misteriously fully booked. You're only left with spontaneous slots opening up a few hours before the classes l (mistery). And then if you are the one who needs to cancel last-minute… I once wanted to book a class and got automatically booked into the following class (misterious) which I obviously couldnt attend bc it's office hours for me. I had to cancel it, and was charged 27€. Then unfortunately shortly after, I booked a class for 5:45pm and that day I woke up sick with fever…. 27€ again becauseof the 12h window cancelation (bing!) As if I could have guessed at 5:45am that I would wake up sick that day! Good strategy to make money, Classpass!

A scam - Steals credits
This is my first review ever. I started with a [address]period for free, thinking it was good to start my fitness journey. After the 2 weeks I downgraded to 28 credits to be feasible for my work life balance. Then the system claimed that I had a negative [address]period , which showed up 3 weeks after I downgraded which is just ridiculous. So because I had an early commit to the next cycle they claimed the trail period credit no longer applies and booking is now using your next cycles credits that's why it's a negative balance now. This is a scam, be careful with your money. I tried to contact support multiple times but every time they hung up on me, frankly there isn't any customer service. Although the application is a great idea, this app is a scam and takes advantage of people who are not constantly monitoring their balances.

100% a SCAM.
DO NOT USE! This app is designed to trick you to pay a huge amount of money and then won't remind you in any way that they are taking money every month. No receipt no notification no email. Google classpass scam and you will know. I seriously think that this app should have been closed down.

Overall, the application is nice and user friendly. But often, I can't open it anymore, I see the blue screen with the logo and then it crashes and kills the app even after the update. I have to reinstall to use it again and it eventually happens again and again.

Referral option not showing up and pretty nonexistent customer service
Liking my classes so far and the price is good but I can't get my friend referral code. There is no option showing up on the phone app where the help center says to look and on the desktop site you click on refer a friend and it opens a completely blank page. ClassPass has no customer service to email so you have to talk to a bot for awhile before you talk with a human and they just repeat what the bot said.

A deplorable attention, I had to create 3 accounts because it would not let me add a card and told me that ups something had failed, when I manage to do it I cannot take classes because according to this my plan had already expired, fix the application that you poorly developed and have good attention to the problems, do not be lazy

This app is super confusing to use. Also when I made an appointment, I showed up and my person had no idea I was suppose to have an appointment. I had so many credits but only had one service. I got charged more points. I can't get ahold of a person to talk to. Very disappointed in this app.
