The app is plagued with places that are not there anymore. Customer service is also bad. I will just change to another app that provides the same service with higher quality.

Classpass is good, but if it stopped forcing us to put a rating for EVERY. SINGLE. CLASS. it could actually be great.

Language issue
I downloaded this app (I'm living in the uk) and it's French. Because I don't know any French I couldn't change it to english

Misleading offer (free trial)
Maybe it's a good app, I don't know. Maybe I'll keep using it to test it out because I like the concept. But the fact that they make you a misleading offer during the free trial says a lot about the company. After a week of trial, I only got the chance to book at one studio. I understand that you can't repeat the same studio during the trial, but after just one class, they removed 90% of all the other studios I hadn't tried yet. The week before, I could book at any of them! If they're losing money with the misleading offer, that's not my problem. Adjust the offer so it doesn't hurt the customer's expectations. I'm leaving this here so you don't waste your time with the free trial.

studio classes are not available during the trial.
studio classes are not available during the trial phase, and you may be offered $300 off or $5 for a month, but most studios are not allowed. They will ask you to upgrade your membership, and your credit you got for trial will not be retained. If you wanna upgrade, you'll spend an extra $5 for the first month, but no extra credit. There are a lot of restrictions(like no cancellations after charges, no cancellation before 24 hours of class…) I suggest you all think twice before you start to use. If you buy 20 credits per month, then credit can only roll over to 40. So if you have to leave the city for two months, you have to cancel.

i paid $5 for 35 credits for a renewal offer that i can't even use. the chat says that i paid a membership fee and if i want to use my 35 credits i need to purchase a full membership fee. whats the point in offering a $99 package at $5 and not even allowing me to use my credits? this is a literal scam of my money. i am really upset with this service

Freezes and Bad UX
There are many different functions of the class pass app I would change. First, it freezes so often I'm not sure how an app this popular freezes like no other app on the market. And it's not just my phone it's a complaint from all my friends. Also, if you have more than 3 friends going to a class and you look at the class, you can't see all the names and will have no clue who is going with you to a class. There should be a way to see all the names of friends who are going to a class with you. Also, on the upcoming page when you go to look at a class your friend is going to, you have no option to look at the class details and only have the option to sign up. It would be nice to be able to see the details of the class without having to go search for it individually.
