classpass is trash!
absolute trash! they will overcharge you, delete your credits, apply no-show charges for attended classes oh, and also have no way to contact adequate support. They have chat for “help” that is absolutely unhelpful. Avoid!

“Oops something went wrong”
Happens to 80% of the class when I try to book this error message pops up. So I really have no choice left . I left with 3 studios that could accept my booking

Pointless Free Trial
If you're in it for the free trial, don't bother. You'll constantly get your reservations cancelled 4-5 hours before hand, but you're expected to give at least 12 hours notice. While ClassPass does mention that it's a possibility, they don't really ever say why besides the generic “sorry for the inconvenience”. While I understand the place of business prioritizing their paying members, ClassPass already has so many limitations as to what you can access (scheduling, types of businesses, etc.) that giving you 43 credits for a free trial seems like a decent amount to have, but only if you actually get to use them. If you upgrade before your free trial is over, you also don't get to roll over credits which is counterintuitive.

Avoid the £1 trial. 1. The app doesn't give you an option to set your location so auto-sets you to London, and the search function is poor. 2. There are few businesses outside of London. Of these, most are chains. 3. Despite being a 'month trial', the app doesn't allow you to book in to anything after 2 weeks in. 4. If you cancel your free trial early, you are fully cut off from the app and logged out. 5. Of course, the app won't remind you that you're about to pay £69/mo when your trial ends

Sometimes the app will just hang in the intro screen with the class pass logo and won't launch. It makes the app unusable.

Most pathetic app ever. Especially the trial membership. What they don't tell you is that you can't try more tha half the businesses without upgrading. Followed by some businesses allow only one class on trial membership. Lastly you will never find class slots as a trial members to book so your credit will be wasted.
