Good App, but unfortunately there is no option in Portuguese-BR,
It makes no sense to be in the Brazilian market, so huge, and not have our language.

I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the treatment received by ClickUp's support and billing in relation to our attempt to renegotiate and continue the partnership with the company. We have been customers since 2021/2022 and currently use the Enterprise plan, which offers benefits far above our real needs. Our team consists of less than 50 users, while the plan is recommended for more than 250. Since July 2024, we have been trying to downgrade to a more affordable plan, consistent with our financial reality and usage, but we face a complete lack of flexibility. 1. Downgrade negotiation: Since July, we have been seeking contact with support to adjust our plan. In August, we were informed by email that the downgrade would be possible, but only upon full payment of the remainder of the current contract, referring to the period from 11/30/2024 to 04/01/2025. We have already paid 2/3 of the contract (equivalent to the period from 04/01/2024 to 11/30/2024) and we understand that, as consumers, we have the right to pay only for the period of effective use of the platform, but our requests have been constantly denied. 2. Unexpected discontinuity: On 11/05/2024, ClickUp unexpectedly blocked our workspace, making it impossible to access our data. After contact, I explained that we urgently needed to export our information to Excel/CSV, since the data belongs to our company. According to support, this full export function is only available on the Enterprise plan, the same plan for which we have already paid until 11/30/2024. 3. Restriction and delay in data export: After much insistence, we were granted 7 calendar days of access to perform the manual backup, since the full export was not working properly (as reported to support several times, with video attached). However, even within this period, access was blocked again before the deadline, around 2 pm on the last day, which made it impossible to complete the backup. With no other option, I had to perform the export manually, list by list, space by space. 4. Waste of an oversized plan: From the beginning, we used few benefits of the Enterprise plan. We paid for a package that is far beyond our needs, but our adjustment request was handled with complete inflexibility, even after we explained our financial situation. We tried in every way to maintain the partnership in a friendly way, but the lack of dialogue on the part of ClickUp made this impossible. Our only desire was to adjust the plan to our reality, remaining as customers. We understand that we have already paid for the period of use from 04/01/2024 to 11/30/2024 and we believe that we have the right to access the platform until the end of this period. Unfortunately, ClickUp has shown total insensitivity and inflexibility, putting our relationship of trust with the company at risk. I hope that this report serves as a warning to other consumers and that ClickUp rethinks its posture in the face of similar situations.

Crashes
Mobile app keeps crashing for me; bummer because I add tasks to it throughout my day. Remains on loading screen for 10+ seconds then exits out. Even tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple times 😕

I expected it to have a calendar. The website has a calendar. When I click calendar on the app there is no calendar.

I like it a lot but it's very slow
This system is great, but it has a lot to improve, especially the slowness. But even so I use it because I think it is not complete.
