You spend hours answering questions for surveys that you aren't qualified for. Also, this company doesn't comply with the can-spam laws. Unsubscribing through email is impossible without the app and according to the can-spam act, you can't impose any unnecessary barriers for unsubscribing which this clearly violates. There can be a fine of up to $46k for every email they send in violation. I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

I can't access the UHRS application to work on a project. When I log in, only a pop up appears to join the group and install the application, even though the application has been installed and can be logged in, but the dashboard display is closed by the pop up continuously.

Worst, most amateur job app ever. They won't let you use a VPN, they ask for your zip code before any other location info but doesn't bother looking up based on the zip code and to top everything, they make you download, print and take a picture of a W9. Lazy, uninspired app that was not designed with used in mind. Re: it's developed poorly, why would support be able to help me

Nobody gives money away ladies and gentlemen. After registering and entering 4 thousand documents, you will be asked to do a thousand surveys from which you will then be disqualified after having wasted 5/10 minutes.
