It doesn't work. I try to access through several ways in the INSS to register my annual income statement. Several attempts and it tells me that I am not an authorized user. I enter the registry to register the document in the portal and everything is fine until the signature that gives error and that I try it later. I have videos and screenshots of all the steps I have taken through all the portals and pages.

What a shame of electronic admiration. If you go in person, they recommend that you do the procedures electronically. I was going to say something like "what is my surprise when..." but by surprise nothing, never, absolutely NEVER works a single complete service. The latest... which is a firecracker. Request paternity period, access with permanent password, your password has expired, you are going to reset it, service not available. You want to change it, they give you a new activation code, just generated it does not work. What a horror..

What a disappointment. With how cumbersome it is to register in Cl[handle] when you already have all the permits, certificates and we only need a stamp on our forehead, they go and change the application. Now it doesn't work as it used to and it asks me to "scan a QR code" that doesn't appear anywhere, for a poor Certificate of Registration. Are they in their right mind, or do they think that most people are computer scientists?
