App has been through a lot of changes since 2017. Around 2020 it was not great in my country. In 2024 it's working better than ever. My favourite part is the education/learning which gives you knowledge but also free crypto which has grown in value over the years. I miss being able to withdraw to my bank account.

Terrible transparency with how fees and buying crypto works. They will display one price and charge another. When going to cash out your crypto, there's YET ANOTHER fee that will make sure this is another form of gambling (the house i.e. coinbase always wins).

These guys are horrible. The customer service is terrible. I've been contacting them for over two weeks and all they do is stall. Everytime you need to talk to support you wait like 10 hours just to get a hold of an actual person. They are the worst.

Here is the problem I had an old phone and a new phone And an old e-mail and a new e-mail I opened my old phone to get the address for bitcoin to recieve a bitcoin. Then I downloaded coinbase on my new phone.and installed it.I had coin in the old account but now I have nothing in either account. The bitcoin went to the old bitcoin account and address I guess. Not to the new account. How can this be corrected?

Horrible experience. Nothing is straightforward, and it has wasted too much of my time for nothing. I hate this app. I would not recommend it to anyone.
