This exchange is one of the worst exchanges in terms of responsiveness and customer service. I sent some TRIAS from my personal wallet to this exchange, and although the exchange's documentation showed that the currency had reached them, they still haven't added it to my balance. I have sent them over twenty emails, and after a month, my problem has not been resolved and no one is responding.

The latest update has problems. It gets stuck on the first screen and doesn't go beyond that. Until a few days ago it worked fine before the update.

‼️ ALERT ‼️ Do not fall for the fake promotions. They have mentioned 100usdt for new users but it's not what it seems. You have to deposit 50usd according to the app so you can get 30 cashback for nothing to use. They made the advertisement to attract users but there are many more apps better then this one. Don't get fooled by them.
