Does not work a lot. Doesn't make it easier if it doesn't work. Don't load. How is someone supposed to pay their bill with an app that doesn't work?

It won't let me log in, just has me input the info and then briefly shows the Home Screen and logs me out instantly

I don't know where they're farming these ratings from but there's no way this is 4.7 stars. This app is down “maintenance” more than any I've ever seen.
