I tried to pay my bill on due date but the program put it for a day later. The date of the payment was for 1/22/25. But I received a message that my payment was overdue so I paid it after noon on 1/22/25. Account not timely up to date bcuz now I realized that I paid it twice 🙃 Not happy or affordable.

Doesn't let me see my bill details. Every time I click on the bill details button the app closes itself. I opened the app and clicked on "Bill" at the bottom and the app closes... 🤨

Awful service.Constantly not working and doesn't allow you to access many of the advertised features. Contacting comed is even worse! I was set up for auto pay for years with no issue. They did a 'site renovation' and forced me to sign up for auto pay again. I did. Turns out, the payment default in 'your wallet' is not necessarily the default for auto-pay? How confusing is that?! Went three months with no communication, and got charged a bunch of late fees for THEIR mess. They did nothing to fix

The app does not show the due date for the bill, AND THE BILLING AND DUE DATES CHANGE EVERY MONTH!!! I was told by Customer Service that they use a 21-day billing cycle, not a monthly cycle, but their bills claim to be monthly. This sounds to me like they are collecting 13 "monthly" bills, overcharging every one of their customers regularly with their constantly-changing due dates!!!!!!
