I downloaded, put in a password, tried to get into app, couldn't, I tried 3-4 diff passwords and usernames, deleting, deleting, kept telling me that my access was denied. That was the one and only time I used/attempted to use this app.

Lock Card
Supposed to have the ability to lock the card from the app but I don't see it.

There should be more options to have a forgotten user id sent to us instead of using the main option that this company provides which are sending the forgotten username to the email we once signed up with. Some of us no longer use certain emails anymore so now I'm not able to access my account because I can't effectively change my username. Please offer more options next time.

When the app is working it's fine but I'm forced to reset my password every single time I log in and it's getting old. I even save my password to my device and it says my password is wrong

Account is locked
Locks account when you enter password wrong too many times. Very hard to get in contact with a real person to try to unlock.

Can’t unlock my card
I downloaded this app so, I could be able to lock my card, and I once I did I don't see the option to unlock it anywhere I keep logging out and logging in, and it's nowhere to be found, please help.

Fix this app!
Can't even login because it constantly says server error and if by some miracle i actually get in it completely kicks me back out after 3 seconds saying server error
