hasn’t worked in MONTHS

this app hasn't worked correctly in months. for a while it just gave me error messages and now it's telling my username can't be found, but I can log in just fine in a browser.

I get new EBT card and active through the system but when I call the phone number fixed on the EBT card to inter pass ward .machine automatically asked me to inter the full number fixed on the card again
