This app will not accept ANY of my new password creation that I come up with. How would you expect me to change the password when you guys won't accept it!!! STUPID app!!!

Apparently this app and website still has major issues. I can't get in and I can't sign up. This has been going on for years. I stopped using it years ago cuz it stopped working. Then I got my new card and tried to sign up again and it gives me contradictory answers. When I sign up it tells me I already have an account but when I try to sign into the old account, it says there is no account.

It was working just fine, now all of a sudden my card number doesn't exist in any state so I can't login. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling and it still won't work.
