Without any interest I tried to visualize an AR TV in my room to see how it could make it impossible when I finally manage to scan the room and put the TV on me I can grow it or make it as I want I don't see how I can know if it is the right size as I chose it not precise at all and impossible to move it

Full of bugs, payment impossible despite validation by itsme, coolblue credit which does not apply despite it being validated, it is the total amount which is requested in payment... In short, so many problems whereas before it worked well coolblue...

The items are sold with accessories as gifts (in this case a keyboard case for a tablet). A gift that must be claimed from the manufacturer (Samsung) and which never arrives. Basically, beware of scams with non-existent promotions!

Products not loading after search function
For some time now, the products have not loaded after searching in the search function. Logging out/in and reinstalling the app has no effect. Quite inconvenient if you cannot view products in a webshop.
