when I seeing photos or when I want to listen audio in the app, it closes suddenly and needs to open the app again

Suggestions
Firstly, please put the featured items back where they were. It's annoying that If I want to filter by “buy it now” AND another item type, I can't just “check them” all at once then load and go. I'm all for change when it actually improves functionality. It's now, click; load. Click; load (tap in this case). Why? If it's not broken, don't “fix” it. Also, please let me filter by price. If I want to see cars where the buy it now is less than 22,237, let me do that please. I don't need to see a $100k+ Ferrari etc. Let me type the exact amount I want Also, the year. Scroll? Cool, cool, but please move it upward a bit, that way when I try to rapidly change the year for a filter, my phone doesn't think I'm trying to bring the top part of the screen down. This could also be typed.

Payment issues for Nigerian users
Copart has a very large number of users from Nigeria, it's very shameful that even with all the complaints laid out, they still aren't able to address the payment solutions. Nigerian buyers can only do wire transfer which the CBN limits to $10,000 wire daily . buyers pay lots of storage and late payment fees on cars because they are unable to get their money across to copart due to these issues! Please try and do better. Nigerian cards don't work on copart. Have an office in Lagos with an exchanger if possible. We can easily pay!

Total Scam – Avoid at All Costs!
I had the absolute worst experience with the Copart app. First, they lure you in with the promise of great deals, but it's all a scam. After signing up, they immediately ask you to pay for a membership. Then, they make you verify yourself by submitting documents, but guess what? The documents never go through! I tried multiple times, only to end up calling customer service. Instead of solving the problem, they gave me the runaround and sidetracked me for another day. The entire process feels like they're trying to frustrate you into giving up while keeping your money. This app is a complete waste of time and money. I'm extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Stay far away!
