They also take too long returning winnings and take forever with withdrawals!! Had a £10.00 on a horse in SA @ 2/1 it drifted to 11/4 but Coral only paid out 2/1 - in this day and age surely they can pay out on BOG??

Don't play live casino roulette! if you play and bet with a plan they will disconnect you when is the most possibility to win and you will loose all your money which you have invested!

It an hour or so for them to apparently check your bet, then clear it and then send it and then wait for it to appear in your bank account!! Not good enough!!

Latest update has made the app worse. When I try and place a bet it no longer states the maximum stake allowable which is frustrating, then once a bet is placed it will automatically have "win notification on" which is good, but when you go to view your bets they are off and you have to turn them on each time which is frustrating. Please fix these bugs.

used to be a good app, now I can hardly get on it ,it just displays the screen for ages or just disappears.half the time I can't log on .when I can it's slow, the free rewards grabber game has gone rubbish sometimes you carnt even see anything. I have stopped putting money on now as I'm not sure I will even be able to access tge app so not worth it.. I used to love this app can you please sort it out .

The payout is shocking it throws you out when it wants usually when you put a lot on and would think a payout of something maybe coming once at least hey go blocked you go

just keeps stopping and switching off in middle of a race getting a lot wrong lately I am going to switch to another betting shop
