App doesn't work for me (and for many other ppl as I can see from comments) for several months. Ridiculous, such a huge company refuses to fix a simple issue to allow their customers collect the point they're entitled to for buying their products. I go to Gregg's now, as there everything works smoothly.

Downloaded app on my phone and husband's today and we cannot open either of the apps. We both get the message "oops something went wrong". That's a good start. Neither of us can register.

Express machines QRs dont work. They always used to but recently I havent been able to scan the QRs at 3 or more machines. This is my primary way of accessing costa and it's rather infuriating. Once this is solved I'll happily change my review. I have emailed customer service and awaiting a reply
