Support Is Non Existent
It's astonishing to find out their support team does not exist. Very frustrating experience to open a support ticket in the first place, and they don't offer options to remove a custom friend. This is a massive user experience failure. You should prioritize user privacy and offer them options to remove custom profiles, when no longer needed.

I'm using this app on and off since 2021, and to be frank, I have zero interest in astrology. I like to use their daily insights as jumping pads for navigating the day, as I have trouble regulating my emotions. For that, it is indeed helpful for me. I don't think premium is worth it, it's far too expensive for something that almost surely is AI-generated. No app is to be trusted these days.

When Co—star converted to a rent-seeking subscription format, the content I previously purchased VANISHED. I want my yearly report or a refund, please.

Great app but unfortunately not so cool without the chat function
The app was really nice back then when you could chat with your friends, now it's just a boring app without a chat room

The app asks for my phone number to send a code, I honestly think it's questionable that I have to enter so much data. The only alternative is via Facebook 🤣 really? You can't skip this to use the app, so I couldn't test it. Nevertheless: 1 star for asking for the cell phone number

Intrusive. Needs my phone number or Facebook account to log in. I can't manually add another person's birthdate for free unless I share their contact number/address or facebook account. Basically, free data mining for them. Our info (birthdate, birth location, phone, facebook real name) is valuable because it can be monetized. In that case, this app should be free. Everything interesting is paywalled. Also, it seems mainly written for a teenage audience seeking compatibility with their "crush"🫨
