Honestly, I didn't think Hanjip Delivery was very useful... but I still like it. The delivery is slower than Baemin, but I still use it very well as a Coupang user.

The app is good and the delivery is good, but they abuse freebies too much. The delivery was late, so I contacted the customer service center, and if it was ready, they said they would cancel it and just eat the product since it would be a waste for the owner. The customer service center is really weird.

These days, when I order delivery, the food just gets cold because it takes a long time to arrive. It's a bit much for the food to arrive during rush hour;; I'm not saying I'll eat quickly, but even if it's late, it's too late. Even if I order delivery from a house, if the food takes a long time to arrive during rush hour, it's hopeless. Is it just me?

What do you mean by saying it was delivered 15 minutes early when it arrived way past the original delivery time? Stop gradually increasing the delivery time by a few minutes every time it's late.

Delay in delivery
It's really well written, but even if it's not just one-house delivery, isn't it too much to stop by four places? The noodles are all swollen. And I really hope car delivery disappears. It's really slow during rush hour. It takes a long time even if you just come to one place, but how many places do you stop by while driving through that congested road? Haha... Shouldn't you at least deliver it before it gets cold? 1. Please limit the number of houses it delivers to. 2. Car delivery... I wonder if it really needs to exist. Other than that, they always give out coupons and I use it well.
