Sign in remember me
Every time I sign it it asked if I wasn't to use my fingerprint touch to sign in. I always respond yes - but it never gives me an opportunity to o the Touch ID space with my fingerprint. Even face recognition would be nice from my phone. Can you please make it easier to sign in using either or both methods.

Cheating cheating
I have transferred my line last year April from cox . I am charged even then from last April till today . I called multiple times they say they are cancelling my line still they don't and wasting hours of time with call center people . Frustrating. I request everyone please don't consider these people they are really bad @@[handle]

App never works and neither does their service
As the title suggests, the app never works nor does the services they provide. They are heavily overpriced for what they offer as well. You will be better off saving your money and moving to a different provider. I am utterly disappointed

Billing
I have been a loyal cut for more than 20 years. My bill went up to $300 and none in loyalty department helped me out to lower my bill. Finally they found an internet service lower than cox. Next will be TV . Wait and see.

Only good for paying your bill
Trying to modify my plan, it links me from the app to the website where it doesn't have any of my plan information and will not allow me to update my plan. The only thing this company cares about is getting a payment. No customer care, no customer service and I'm dropping them and signing up with Hulu.

Okaloosa coverage is horrible.
Bad internet that consistently has outages or just straight up doesn't work. Cox is the worst ISP I have ever had the plan of using and will switch to liveoak ASAP.
