This app is still behind other apps that at least offer Chat Support on their apps and not directing you to the website where it tells you how to speak to someone. That's too many steps especially when talking to a live rep takes too long. At least give me an easier option to vent my frustration that your service is failing and you cannot fix it immediately so I can get back to work and not have to wait hours just for my service to work again. Not worth the price.

We are very disappointed we were trying to watch the fight last night and we have Netflix and Hulu and it says the Internet was down other than that we're good, but don't understand why it kept losing the fight

You are far too expensive. Nearly $300 for internet, tv, a landline, and two rented (old) movies? I'm the only person in my house… no one else with devises on the Wi-Fi. Paying this bill makes me sick

Used to work, hasn’t in weeks
Keeps saying they're experiencing technical difficulties, even though it's been over a month without me being able to log in. I can log in on the web browser but not the app, so I'd say this app is pretty useless.

I been having A Problem with cox about my monthly cost we talk to so many Agents and a lot of them, we can't understand. And this Is one Of The Big Probems. And Each one told u a different Story. I benn a custom for so many Year's.
