Auto Payment
I'm unable to update the expiration date and PIN on my saved payment method. When I attempted to enter the updated card as a new payment method, I received a message saying "card already on file."

Price
I started out at paying 59.99 Then cox increased its prices cause I was done with the three year deal I got. So it went up to 96$. Somehow all the sudden it's now 108$. I will cancel this internet very soon. Trash service,trash internet, trash customer service!!! I'm done! Thank you for making it easy to leave you!

App never works and neither does their service
As the title suggests, the app never works nor does the services they provide. They are heavily overpriced for what they offer as well. You will be better off saving your money and moving to a different provider.

These aren’t for the app!
Many, many of these reviews concern customer service or physical service/repair issues, not the app. Cox is a publicly traded corporation, whose SEC filings and statements to regulators imply a standard of good faith absent in the company's practice of misdirecting these reviews. Class action attorneys, find me and make me your poster plaintiff. Also, please note that I make this complaint primarily because within the app, the ‘app feedback' button does not actually allow me to give feedback, leaving this forum as my only recourse. To anyone from Cox, forward this review to your legal department immediately. This practice should be evaluated by risk management experts-my dispute is over $43, the way this has been set up could cost you much much more.
