They’ll scam u quick if you’re not paying attention
Shady company that can't be trusted like a fox in a chicken coop there deceptive and will trick you into believing you need something that you don't need charge you for unnecessary fees and services If you have to get cox then do it with eyes wide open and your head on a swivel

I have been paying $86.30 a month for a year now, and all of a sudden my bill is $146. For “internet” and internet usage”. I will be finding another source, that's for sure.

worse experience ever. it took me more than 8hours to get help in figuring out my account. after giving my phone number, address and email address, customer service was still unable to verify my account and refused to transfer my calls to a supervisor on several occasions. the company continued to charge me even when I didn't have internet service and had called several times to understand why I didn't have internet connection. No one could confirm my account enough to assist me with access.

The fee's are outrageous. They make you pay more then what you should have too. It's quite ridiculous. If I would post every email they since me it would show. It's like the fee's keep being added on every day. For cheap I wouldn't I recommend. Pour surivce.. talk on the phone with Cox representative and they will give you a different price each time. Cra Crazy
