Terrible. Run
Customer service full of upsales with ever increasing pricing. It's gone up twice in a year so far. Absolutely ridiculous will be cancelling and going with AT&T for better rates and better customer service

Expensive
This company charges more for basic Internet access than anything I've ever paid in my entire life. I have no movie channels no television and I'm paying over $100 a month for Internet? So on top of all that because I won't sign up for their freaking auto pay, they sent me 8 x 14” papers printed in bold telling me to pay my bill when I have never missed a payment. What kind of stupidity and waste is that? What was the point? Are you trying to get my mailman to think I'm a loser?

Lower Cost for Seniors
My service is good. But with my husband and I both being over age 65 it's a hardship to pay almost $90 a month for 250 mps to stream Roku and have Wi-Fi on a fixed income. There should be a senior citizen discount.

Overcharging no proof
My data use has bern the same for over 1yr. No new devices or users in household. After numerous messages from Cox announcing data use overage and many calls to find out why with no solid answers I come to the conclusion this is a Cox money grab!!

Horrible service!!!
Cox's service is HORRIBLE!! All day long we lose connectivity!! Resetting does not solve the issue!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Not happy with service
Keep having to re-start. Digital “skips” quite often. Takes SO LONG for it to respond to commands. Sorry I chose Cox. Looking into alternatives.
