This app would be great if they would stop sending me these messages telling me over and over again how I am qualified for a personal loan. when I check the offers, they keep showing me the same message over and over again! Please leave me alone if you're not serious! It is annoying

I like the app but needs a lot of work!

The app is ok so far, but the information takes forever to update!! The loan options are inaccurate & when you dispute something on it it deletes the account from your credit report completely. I'm still fighting a battle from an inaccurate amount dispute from 6-7 years ago! I regret disputing it on here.

Not Easy To Navigate

First and foremost, I can't login, every time I try to login, it says “can't login due to a system error.” Also the app is not as easy to navigate like it used to be.

Karma Drive Issue

I'm only giving [address]keeps accusing me of using my phone while driving when I don't even pull my phone out my pocket one time. You guys need to fix that issue.

GETTING KLUNKY

You send me a notification for Issue A. I click over. I am presented instead with Offer A. I decline. I go on to navigate around trying to find Issue A. “Are you enjoying the App?” NO. I continue navigating. I am presented with Offer B. I still have no idea where Issue A went, and that's what the notification was for. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. IF YOU CONTINUE STRINGING ME ALONG I WILL DELETE YOUR APP AND NEVER COME BACK.

0 stars! They told me I was pre approved. That it would increase my credit number because it would increase my limit. Instead, I did not get approved, and it LOWERED MY SCORE. Turns out they get paid to convince people to apply, knowing that it will hurt their score. They LIED! I un-installed the app. You can just check your credit score in your bank app. Creditkarma is unuseful and unnecessary. They have an F on the "Better Business Bureau." You should go see their reviews. Don't get this app.
