Worst credit card to have that I've ever seen in my entire life! The app is ok but it's hard to find how to contact them with a general question. It mostly recommends writing a letter to them which is useless if it's a serious issue. I canceled my account immediately after finding out that if you pay past 5PM on the day a payment is due, it's considered late. No big deal usually since there's always grace periods, right? Wrong! $29 fee because I was an hour past their arbitrary cut off time!!!!!

In the beginning I like this card bit now no I don't, I noticed that I have money left on the card and then it disappeared, I have like $40 or $30 or so just up and be taken from the company and my card dosen't be over the limit and this happens why before the due dates, that's stealing somebody needs to do something.

When logging in the "one-time login text" to get into is misleading. You have to receive a text every time in order for the app to recognize that it's you.

No longer automatically reads security code from text messages and it blocks screen shots of payments, I have to send myself a text message instead. Super annoying. Payments take a long time to process unless you pay extra and they limit how many payments in a day you can make.

I haven't even received the card yet and they are already debiting me $75. I don't understand the reason.

Payment was declined due to me closing my debit card, no text, nor email warning that they would close my credit card. The representative directed me to reapply, and the bank denied my application. In my opinion, find another card issuer. What a disappointing experience.

There's too many verifications and jump through hoops to then have to pay a dollar fee or link it to your bank account in order to pay the payment
