Could be easier
Wish I didn't have to look up my location every time. If the app can store other info, it can store the location of my store.

Jury is still deliberating
The product is tasty, but the execution makes me wonder. The cookies are too doughy in the middle and need to be cooked a little more. And I wish there was a lesser chocolate chip option. I actually like a little cookie with my chocolate chip cookies. And the $8.25 automatic delivery fee PLUS A TIP is ridiculous.

“I’m here”
For some reason the “I'm here” selection was not going through. I pressed it about ten times during my thirty minute wait while parked in the curbside pickup. I had to go in. They were very apologetic.

great app. trying to set your birthday date in birthday section near impossible with way scroll is set up. change to manual entry or anything other than scroll.

Double sales tax?
I like Crumbl cookies and all, but they're already stupidly expensive and now charging more for the “specialty” cookies (or cake cookies or whatever) and now I'm seeing a second sales tax added. How is it even legal to charge more sales tax than your states sales tax. Absolutely ridiculous.

App is faulty
The app glitches and doesn't update seamlessly. Wont load locations and have to close and reopen multiple times. Wont update earned crumbs accurately.

Online orders don't reserve product!
Why am I putting up with paying these atrocious prices for Crumbl cookies when Crumbl's own app does not at least reserve product nor notify the store set aside the very product for which I am paying?! The app ordering workflow is a pointless endeavor for the user if pre-ordering does not reserve an order. That makes the app near meaningless.

If I could give zero stars I would
My kids and I ordered an hour and a half ago, order said it would arrive an hour ago and never did. I called the store and they apologized and said they will be here at some point and there's nothing more they can do. Now we are up past bedtime and they have a not so happy mom. Get it together Crumbl. I'll never order again. You're welcome (Stephanie hoffman)
