the app has no problem, but the administrative area should send a message or a notification when the monthly fee is charged, I think that if someone stops going to the GYM and for a matter of life forgets to unsubscribe, they will be charged indefinitely for a service that they are not using and if they do not receive a notification or an invoice when they are charged for the month the person will not realize of collection. I hope that the method of not sending an invoice is not ill-intentioned.

App could be better
Great gym but app is a little flaky at times. App developers need to do better. Sometimes you see all the classes and sometimes you don't. Right now all the instructors are not listed with their classes so I can't book my weekly class. You email someone about it they respond once and never get back to you.

Doesn’t support Apple Wallet
The app no longer allows you to add your check-in barcode/pass to the Apple Wallet.

Not recommended at any cost. Terrible customer service, rude and unsupportive staff. Just money making approaches. Nearly half of their equipment is under maintenance. They do not have a good friendly environment for working out. Overall a waste of time, money and energy.
