meh
anti embarrassment transactions shows as declined, they cannot fix it for several months, so annoying i need an option to be always charged in a currency of payment, not card, it's super frustrating to always remember to change it before payment not to be charged by curve (i think it's their business model)

Else starts the application, after clearing the cache, after re-sign-in authentication, it always throws you back to the login. So it's useless because the developers are so professional and it works so amazingly well! Even after the forgotten password procedure, I can only start from scratch and it does not let me log in, it sends me back to the home page without error

Despite the Curve Pay Pro plan (€9.99/month), support is non-existent. Customer service reserves the right to respond within "2 days" but in reality never responds. Unacceptable

I wouldn't even give a star, bad application, it gives you a way to invite, with a qr code or with the link from the POST button. And here is the catch, between the two links varies the presence of a "1" that does not qualify the friend for the award, let alone you invite. So do you contact support to resolve the situation? it does not answer P.S. the bonus is given after 40g despite the fact that a good bonus is received, be careful because it is a crappy app

Notifications and noise
God this app has become a right mess. Trying to look like a super app but making the UI more complex in the process. Also why are you sending me notifications about competitions and other spam? You're a finance app

fee limits are very poor
only £250 fee free is very low, revolut offer £1000 fee free per month. Exceed this and its an extortionate 2.99% now, I'll be cancelling. Fees used to amount to a few quid a holiday, just got shafted with £25 in fees over a few short breaks. They tweak the different tiers so often it's hard to keep up, and its only getting worse for free users.

Hello, after updating the application, I don't see how much I spent in a week or a month, it stopped showing the amount and does not divide the period

This curve, as the name suggests, is Curwa, a very unreliable service. They blocked the account after adding the card to LidlPay, and I had a problem with the settlement at the checkout. And zero help, there is no way to contact them.
