Stay away
I thought curve was good but by expectations and experience they will take your money without you realising it. If you ever need refund be prepared for waiting for long term then after waiting your account will get blocked. Stay away if you don't want inconvenience in such high levels. Curve I want my chargeback immediately.

Go back in time
Havent receive money back on the original card after 10 days, 1500£. One reply from them in 10 days, to chase the other bank as they sorted from their side. Lack of customer service, cant be reached by phone. Also paying the most expensive premium, no difference. Avoid at all costs

A broken system that can block your card any time and non-functioning support
My card suddenly stopped working with Apple Wallet for no reason. I tried to re-add it, it wasn't possible either. Within the same day the card was suddenly blocked after buying a book from Amazon Kindle because the transaction was deemed suspicious. I have to wait for 3 days minimum till their support responds. It's useless now.

Some aspects of the Curve app are either poorly thought out or have the interests of third party partners ahead of customer experience and usability. The Curve app is prone to glitches which actually renders fundamental features unusable and that is unacceptably poor from a financial institution.
