Works great for a month only, seems like a bait and switch. Worked for a month and I earned a $5 gift certificate then the surveys dried up and the app stopped working. It logged me out and won't take my password, won't accept new passwords, accepts a password on the third day then won't recognize it when you log in, no response from any support, talking to chat is pointless because they just tell you the same support will contact you that hasn't already. Save yourself the frustration.

Overall, I like the Walmart Customer Spark app. I do have a couple of complaints: 1. They don't send enough surveys or videos to be taken, but I do appreciate the "weekly quest" 2. I get notifications that there's a survey to be taken. Then, when I click on the link, it tells me "I've already taken that survey" This happens a few times a week.

Waste of time
Got invited to this invite only apparent app and I never receive any surveys or tasks to do. What was the point in inviting me then? Furthermore, especially since I'm seeing from reviews that people are not even paid for their voice.

Every single survey with multiple questions where you have to pick a number do not work. When you pick a number for the question, the one above it clears out. It won't let you answer all of them but you have to if you want to move on. I tried reporting it but you can't report it without a photo, which also fails every time I've tried. I've spent too much time on multiple surveys only to not be able to complete them due to glitches. The same glitches happen if you do them on a browser.

Disappointing
Was invited to join about a month ago and earned $1.70 so far. I'm noticing that I consistently don't receive the points that were supposed to be earned like 10 instead of 100. At this point I will be able to cash out a $5 gift card by Christmas. lol, oh well.

I never get any actual reviews or surveys anymore. I just on everything as soon as it comes in and nothing. Also, I keep getting notifications to do things, and click immediately and there's nothing there

It keeps saying to take surveys and it doesn't always give you the reward Also having problems with logging in. Keeps saying my email is wrong and my password doesn't match But it's my saved information

The surveys are designed for a web browser, not this app. You can't inform them of display issues because they want a browser link where the problem occurred. This app serves no purpose if I have to log onto my desktop to complete the surveys.

Ya you can earn a few cents here and there to add up to a couple bucks off buying something at Walmart but getting there is annoying. Many times you'll start a survey and if you don't answer properly it will end the survey and you will not get any rewards. Like 10 questions in and it will ask do you buy A, B or C brand more? And don't pick the brand they want more info about it will end the survey and the time you've wasted answering the first 10 questions isn't rewarded. Waste of time.
