I love having an app to access surveys. It is much easier compared to waiting for an email reminder that I have a survey opportunity available. However, there are some issues. First, I have to sign into the app frequently. It would be nice to stayed signed in or have facial recognition login option. Also, there are times where I am in the middle of a survey and then there is a error message. I have to restart the app and do the survey all over again. This just happened during my last survey, at the last 1-2 questions of a full survey and got kicked out. 10 minutes wasted. Overall, the app is great to have if these issues can be resolved.

I redeemed two $5 gift cards but only received one :(

There are too many emails and notifications. The rewards are very minimal and almost not worth the hassle

I love being a Spark member and have been for some time now. I was excited when they came out with the app but it has issues. It doesn't remember me and when I try to log in I get an “authentication failed” message and it won't log me back in but if I go to my browser and log in to the website using the same log in and password it logs me in immediately. Very frustrating

Surveys are broken and show an error

The app doesn't seem to always work correctly. At times it tells me I have a survey available, yet when I click on it, I see a message saying I recently completed it and to come back later. I haven't even gotten started on the survey so it's obviously incorrect. Also on that same page near the bottom it says copyright Walmart 2021. Kinda odd if you ask me because all the others say 2024. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also sent a help ticket. It still isn't resolved.

Really bad app, I never get notified of new surveys but I get them hours or days later through email!!!!

I have had no issues with Spark app until today. I earned enough rewards points through doing surveys to redeem a $50 walmart e-giftcard. Got the email,clicked the link, and it gave me the error message that they could not display the details of that egiftcard at this time with a number to call for issues. I called the number and was told i had to call walmart. called walmart,they were no help.The points were taken out of my account but i can't access the gift card & have received NO help at all

Used to be good but now surveys don't come up when you click them do something about this please
