It’s always delayed
There is Always a earnings delay within the app so it's actually not daily. This app can miss 2 - 3 work days holidays included. False advertisement. And now after ending a partnership with Friday app you don't get the ability to manage your debit card because of problems on their end. They continue to thread you into a difficult position where you have to use the app to avoid fees.

At first my earnings were available at 2:30 am following a shift. Then it moved to 5:30 am, then to 9, then to 1, and now, it's 4 pm next day, and I still don't have them. This is offered through my place of employment in which is advertised as next day available. When I talk to customer service they state 72 hours. Very poor app service.

The app keep crashing when I need to do essential stuff
It keeps reloading when I want to order a prepaid card and do direct deposit. 😩😭😓🫨. Please get it fixed. My iPad is working fine. It's the app itself. Thank you.

App sucks couldn't find my employee ID EVEN THOUGH I GOT IT FROM MY PAYSTUB EVERYTIME I PUT THE CORRECT INFO IN IT MADE ME DO IT AGAIN AFTER SAYING MY INFORMATION WAS WRONG I ALSO WORK FOR MCDONALDS WHICH IS A HUGE COMPANY SO THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM FINDING ME .

Once I logged in to the account I had a balance of $300 something available but once I added the company I started working for last Friday my balance changed to $200. Contacted customer service they couldn't answer what happened to the $300 prior to adding the new company, I was told another persons balance from a different account before taxes, then I asked about the pay card apparently Im not eligible for daily pay card I have to use another company's pay card. I WONT BE USING THIS APP!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY EVER. VERY INCONSISTENT, UNRELIABLE AND YOUR MONEY NEVER ADD UP.. ALL EMPLOYERS NEED TO BAND THIS AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE PAYACTIV!!!!ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO COMPLAIN TO YOUR EMPLOYER AND REPORT THIS COMPANY TO GET THEM SHUT DOWN.

Great app but I havnt been able to log in for over a week. My log in pin doesn't work either. I'll try to log in but it'll say 'srry can't log you in, try again later'.
