Horrible app. Pay hasn't been updating correctly, says I'm paid on the 7th but I get paid on the 31st. And there's no funds available but I'm working everyday. The customer service, horrible. 90% can barely speak English. I don't understand how yall hiring people into customer service with broken English. They can't even understand my concern or relay it properly. Bad service.

If your employer offers this program do yourself a favor and don't start using it. Its more like weekly pay, they'll get an update usually once a week not every 24hrs like they say. So when your in a tight spot one time they'll lend you money. Then your check will be short. They'll even say they got an update 3 days ago but your earnings aren't on there. Then they say you have to wait 4 days for help. I've been struggling all weekend now it's Monday and still no help or 'update'.

There is no option to update the information on your debit card once it expires and you get your replacement. It will not allow you to add the new card because it shares the same number. You can not remove the old card because 1 card must be on file at all times. You have to submit other card information to them JUST to update expired cards. Debit cards expire and get replaced, that's how they work. The fact you can't simply update your card information like you could on any other app is insane.

The instructions for removing or editing a debit card is out of date, it keeps telling me to go to my linked accounts under my earnings tab but there is no such option, it only let me edit the nickname, it has the same card number I just have to update the expiration date, but the lack of options is ridiculous

Needs to be better at updating on weekends.For example , I worked Friday 14 hours, but only showed up as [value], then I worked 9 hours Saturday and those earnings are not included at all. Haven't had any earnings updates since January 24th. So I would like to see Daily pay be more accurate and if you arent going to update on Sunday's than Monday should include Saturdays earnings. It's also terrible at updating after holidays. OMG saw no updates New Year's Eve, day or day after either.

don't use these people. They actively scam you. I'm missing over $300 after NOT using any early transfers. I just let it sit to hit my bank account. Absolutely a scam.

This app is irritating AF. I gave 1 star because the app goes through money delays bout every two weeks or so. I cnt get to mii access bcuz the delay will be over in abt 3 days so the contact support said and I dnt have three freaking days.

Recently tried to reinstall the app, as a just in case. And it was such a horrible experience that I uninstalled it almost immediately. It gets one star since zero isn't an option. App gets stuck in the 'please take a moment to read our updated terms and conditions' every time I open the app. And what's worse, the last time I used this app, it was easy to use and I didn't have any issues with it

Dont use absolute trash and when you try to get help from their help desk they will just keep gaslighting you till your payday by saying they are gonna escalate the problem to someone higher up my problem had been escalated multiple time just to not be solved or even dealt with the system they use doesnt work so u wont ever be able to get paid early you can complain for weeks and they wont do anything except tell you to be glad your still getting your full paycheck on payday
