I like the app at times, it helps in a pinch! Though I had 300 available, though I had pulled 100 out my 200 remaining is unavailable now. What's worse is that I haven't received my paychecks thanks to daily pay. If I had my money it'd be 5 stars, disappointing service.

I went from getting 120 daily down to 48 not happy and customer service doesn't help but read a script that they are given

I put my address and socials in numerous times (won't even let me click the state id option) and I can't even sign in using my socials it just says “cannot verify information” and yes, the information is CORRECT! I've been using this info my whole life.

I don't know what's going on I sign in and everything then just get stuck on a blank screen can't do anything

I'm glad the people inside help me. But there app has bug. Where. Bionicle metric. Was. Mess up and I wasn't able to fix it fast enough. But the daily pay team help. Me thru my frustration. And fix the issues. Thanks for team work

Daily Pay is a scam they are keeping my check and giving me the run around to get my account unpaused and my check sent ! I have called over 5-10 numbers over 100 times and have gotten nowhere. Every Trust and Safety Agent never answers the phones and they keep sending me emails about my representative and how they did instead of taking care of my issue at hand.

They literally stole my whole paycheck and refuse to reimburse the funds. [name] were there two days ago and have disappeared. There was no deposit into my bank. They locked my account and gave me a ridiculous time line of whenever they felt like addressing the issue. I probably will not ever get my money. Daily pay is a joke.

I was so called “assisted” by [name] and [name] which were literally ZERO help. I needed assistance with creating a DailyPay account and no one seems to act with a sense of urgency. What's the point of trying to get DailyPay and I'm being told that I can't be assisted until 30 days later in the beginning I was told to three days. The lack of straightforwardness is very frustrating. There was so much back-and-forth that the problem is not solved. Let alone the nonchalant behavior via email . I don't understand how nor why I can't be helped once I provided the information that was asked of me . Here it is I'm going through a TOUGH financial hardship and my job offers DailyPay yet they somehow ,For what ever reason CANT FIND MY INFORMATION MEANWHILE IVE BEEN EMPLOYED OVER A MONTH!!!!!!!! 1-3 business days my information should've been ILENE'S THE SYSTEM NO EXCUSES! When I was initially asked for my check stub I sent it ! Then out of no where a whirlpool of more questions and information is needed WHEN ALL OF THOSE QUESTIONS SHOULDVE BEEN ASKED UP FRONT since it's what's needed to create my account !!!!!! Which I still don't understand cause I winded up creating my own account by the information I inserted ; WONT REGISTER AND THIS IS WHERE THEIR NO HELP.! THIRTY DAYS?!?!?' just to create an account is insane !!!!!!!!! ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS!!!! They show zero empathy for anyone who is in need of their funds for emergencies and it's sickening

I have been using daily pay for a while and at first it was good but later on i havent been receiving my full paychecks over time n i know i havent spent that much i need to talk to a daily pay employee about this asap
