Quality of food is terrible
The quality of the food is terrible. The employees are lazy. I do not correctly make the food. It looks nothing like the menu and the food always tastes old.

Won’t let you select soft drink size
In combos soft drink is a radio button and you can't select flavour or size. App won't let you order unless you select size for soft drink so it's impossible to order a burger combo with the app. Has anyone successfully used this app to order food?

Payment not working
To redeem online orders, you need to pay through the app, but the app will not accept any credit card info without saying “something went wrong”. (Tried with multiple cards).

Who cares how quickly you can place an order, because if you don't use your points quickly enough, they take them away from you without any warning whatsoever! I have written to them about this, and all they say is that they are sorry. There should be no expiration date on points, as the customer still spent the money to accumulate them! It is absolutely unconscionable, unprofessional and lacking in the most base level of customer service!
