Store mistake
Store messed up the order and we didn't get what we wanted.

This app does not work because the employees don't read the incoming orders. My order was supposed to be ready by 8:25 pm. It was a Sunday, not busy, on Nomember 3rd. Dairy Queen on Taft Ave in Oshkosh. Order came out 9 minutes after I arrived. I put my mobile order in at 8:05. That's 29 minutes they had to prepare it!! Two cars in front of me at the drive thru. They only prepare the order once you arrive and tell them what you want. Snickers small blizzard and a Reeses small blizzard.

Unable to log in or upgrade
I am now unable to use my existing points. I am unable to log into the app as it won't let me log in unless I upgrade but I am unable to upgrade as my phone isn't compatible with this latest version. Can you provide a solution?

Order a combo with a soft drink and it throws and error asking to pick size with no option to do so. This has been happening for at least over a year. But then you make mobile order exclusive coupons. Help me understand why you guys can't figure out how to fix this?

All of the options are not listed on mobile order. for instance it only gives 3 choices for the drinks and the mix and match snack items are not all listed either.
