Great tool
The best I've tried. They need to work on the iPhone app. Both laptop and desktop work almost flawlessly. Need to improve fill in on some sites.

Customer service below all
Very disappointed with the customer service, unable to activate a subscription because an email address is different on Apple and on the Dashlane account. I paid more than €50 for a year, but nothing works because he refuses to recognize Apple's receipt. I am extremely unhappy. And I find that the evolution of this application is not going in the right direction: synchronization does not always work between devices and updates, neither do passwords... I'm not sure if I'll resubscribe

Auto fill
I like Dashlane , but the auto fill/ create has NEVER worked for me and I ALWAYS have to fix it later; ALWAYS. So I don't use it anymore. 🤔😒

Secure notes does not work. Useless
Secured Notes doesn't work. You cannot edit any of the secured notes. Not even copy any of the text in secure notes. What good is having notes that can't be copied and used elsewhere?

Truly mediocre software
Crashes, bugs, slow performance. And not cheap by any means. Switching costs are high so beware. Otherwise you'll get stuck like I am

Problems
I have been unable to access Dashlane on my laptop. It doesn't recognise my email address or password. I tried to change the password on my ipad because I could access it with my fingerprint. I now can't use the iPad. I can still access using Face ID on this phone. I can't contact dash lane because I have a premium account and the chatbot has been useless. I tried to see if I could get a business account which does allow for agent contact. Extremely frustrating Before all this I thought Dashlane was excellent
