App good, customer support bad

I've been trying to reactive my account for days. They won't talk to people without an active [name] account when I call. When I email the support team. They take 24 hours to respond and don't try to help. There's many support teams that respond and resolve a sign in or reactivation within 24 hours. How many people I wonder is part of the support team & are they paid to relax & to respond to a few emails a day? It's a login issue or reactivation issue I do not understand how it could possibly take more than 2-3 days.

Helpful but predatory

This app is very helpful when you are in a bind for cash and need something to hold you over till next paycheck but it can be predatory at times, so beware. I was approved for $200 when i first downloaded the app, and instead of letting me pull the $200 out all at once, it required me to take it out in two different transactions in order to be able to charge the transaction fee twice. I thought ok maybe its a one time thing since im new, but no. Months later i checked again because i needed some cash for some unexpected bills. This time i was approved for the [name] of $500 but again. They said, “you can only access $250 now and then $250 after you take your first loan” needless to say i didnt need the $500 but things like this are very predatory on people who are in a bind and need cash. There is better apps out there that don't do stuff like this, like [name] or even Empower.

Useless to a blind person

Once you get past verifying your identity, you can forget about getting extra cash and opening a check in your account as you click on the checkbox to agree to the license agreement, it doesn't have a button to click on, it just opens up a Safari browser. Apple needs to do some serious work on this app for people using voiceover. The withdrawal button doesn't even work with VoiceOver so you can't even move your funds to your external bank account. Whoever made this needs their butt kicked every day.

Not what it used to be

This app has grown increasingly frustrating. Lately each time I try to pay my balance back, it gives me an error. It only works when it wants to.

Changes and payback

I used to like [name] but now thinking about cancelling. I get paid early on Wednesdays every other week and today being Sunday I think it's a little much to have to pay it back in 3 days. Why not hold it under my next check? Also [name] now has started charging fees for the money. $5 on $50 is a bit high. There are other programs like this out there that isn't so much.

Took a 15 dollar fee from me for only 3 days

[name] claimed i took a cash advance for only 3 days for 200 but why on earth would i purposely take it for only 3 days? I was basically robbed

Great for quick cash but…

Have fun trying to get it to align with your payday dates. Be cautious because after you accept it's nearly impossible to change the settlement date.

Seemed great at first.

I downloaded the app, and loved it. When I needed a few extra bucks I would borrow $30-$35 to get me by. I have repaid every loan early, and was always offered another loan the next day. This last loan, I once again paid it early. That was several days ago. So I go on there today to get another loan and it says I don't qualify? Excuse me? Nothing has changed. I still have the same bank/card linked, I still get my direct deposit in my bank account every pay day, it's still $1,400 like it always is, but I don't qualify for a very small loan? I don't get it. How did I qualify before but not now? Literally nothing has changed.
