This app is horrible. 3 days now I've been trying to log on and get a message saying that they are having technical issues try again later. If you can't figure out that issue in 3 days how am I supposed to trust you with my money?

I have/had venmo, cashapp, skylight pay cards all kinds of different pay cards and this one is by far the worst. 2 weeks out the year you can't use it. It will get denied at the store but the money will still be taken off and have to wait 24hrs for your money to go back to your card or it doesn't at all and then you'll be on the phone with 4 different people before you get your money back because it didnt go back on your card. Or you try to use the atm get denied over and over again.

Terrible app and support
It brought over my personal details from the Dayforce app to confirm and it won't let me confirm and move on to the next step and support can only submit a ticket no options for them to look into or trouble shoot it other than to submit a ticket that will take 7-10 business days. Just to confirm to setup a card. Which I don't want because I just want it to deposit funds directly to my account.
