The worst app and company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have purchased for the last 2 years to watch NFL and put simply the app does not work. Have complained numerous times and requested refunds but all you get is pasted responses with "we apologise for the inconvenience", they are fully aware his app does not work and they don't care. Look at the app ratings, this sham of a company are basically stealing money, charging for an app that does not function. Pathetic

I only used it because of the NFL. My recent attempt to get to know the platform a little better was frustrating. I even got charged unfairly. I'm passionate about the NFL but with DAZN it doesn't work. I give up.

It is the worst streaming service. They have problems other services fixed a decade ago. Missing basic features to navigate a finished event. You are forced to buy this if you want to watch certain sports and even then they make you subscribe to a bunch of them even though you only want one (extremely expensive). Pathetic for 2025. I'd be pissed if I got to experience this in 2010, but 15 years later it's seriously insulting.

Poor customer service. I couldn't cancel my subscription because it required a password to do so. Even though I'm already logged into my account with a username and password. The password is apparently wrong. It's exactly the same one I used to log in. Several attempts without success. Really poor. I'm giving it two stars because customer service processed my subsequent cancellation quickly by email.

I've been with Dazn since it started and they've raised the price a lot. Now I wanted to change because I wanted to make the monthly payment with an Annual subscription, so that it would be cheaper and also add football, and there's no way to do it. They don't make it easy.
