Cm gets in the way
Even though I pay 4,000 yen per month, when I open the content, the first advertisement flows. Aside from missed delivery, it is only stressful to suddenly be shown an advertisement of nearly 1 minute on LIVE streaming.

Terrible customer service, I got an annual subscription by mistake, a few hours later I canceled that subscription and they sent me a clear message: "Your subscription has been canceled, you can enjoy the services for free until the end of your contract" thus understanding that I would not receive any more charges, my surprise came in the next charge and so on up to a year of contract without even offering me a copy of the contract or any possibility of unsubscribing. It is a real scam since I canceled my subscription almost immediately and they still managed to get away with it and get more than 300 euros from me.

The price goes up too much each year but the quality gets worse. Lags and is not worth the cost. The shareholders need more so keep feeding them!

I mainly watch soccer content. The menu is difficult to use and it is difficult to find the program you want to watch. Regardless of the high monthly fee, I think the comfort is the worst since commercials started at the start of the program.
