Quite often, the video and audio don't line up. Especially if we skip forward or go back. There are minimum levels of expected functionality. This is one.

A crap of application, slow as it is, does not allow you to do something as simple as going forward or backward without taking a month (on a smart TV), or once you have watched a program you do not have a button to restart. From the mobile it works better.

This is a fraudulent entity. They charge money for a subscription, but do not provide a subscription. The support service is trying to lure out personal information, bank card number and pin codes to it. Be careful
