I wouldn't be surprised if there were people doing the fare dodging if you can't even book properly on the app!! It's a waste of time trying to do that!

DB are robbing turds. If you try cancel your ticket at the end of the month they won't let you even though it says you can. If you try stop them from taking your money for something you don't want they send you letters demanding payment. This time I cancelled it correctly (aka I paid an extra month for a service I didn't use.) now they still send me a letter demanding more money. I hope they all jump of a bridge. Completely useless human beings.

Seriously, a commuter widget and then I can't set it to only show local traffic? That makes it completely useless for most commuters.

After being informed that the journey was changing, I went into the app, to the My Trips section, pressed the "Find alternative" button and selected a journey that started later than planned (as far as I remember, no earlier start time was offered). As soon as you want to select an alternative journey again (only journeys later than the original journey are offered), you can only select journeys/connections further into the future! Who programs such nonsense?!

Booking the Germany ticket is an absolute disaster. How are you supposed to click a button that is off the screen and that you can't scroll down to?

What an absolute joke! I had a valid Germany ticket, but because of the faulty DB app, it just didn't show up. So I had to spend €9.70 on an additional day ticket - money I definitely could have saved. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I then had to pay a €7 processing fee. Seriously?! This was clearly their mistake, but they act like it was my fault.

It is still not possible to store both the private and the business account. The Bahncard cannot be linked to both accounts and is therefore not available for checking. In the old version it was not a problem, you could add both accounts and display the Bahncard with both accounts. Please solve this problem finally. In addition, collecting points never works with a new BCB order despite entering the old private bonus number.

The app too often does not respond due to "unknown errors". Delays are displayed unrealistically and then only corrected in small increments. This can result in a half-hour delay, during which you stand around waiting for the actual delay to be displayed. In the event of delays, no realistic connecting connection is displayed.
