Too many pop-ups. Can the Devs acknowledge I don't want to turn on location sharing and microphone permissions on the app? I simply don't want to, from security point of view, plus I don't talk to the delivery drivers, nor they talk to me. But I have to click through the pop-ups all the time. Can you acknowledge someone has made their mind, after telling you about it more than thirty times, FFS? Same for reviews - make the process easier, and don't ask each time if I refused before.

I can't register account. It throws error "That doesn't look right. Check your number and try again". I checked numbers from different countries.

Scam and misleading. I got a notification that on the first order placed, I would get AED 50 off. I registered and entered the promo code and it worked. Upon checkout, it gave me a payment error so I changed the mode of payment and surprisingly the code does not work anymore. When I called the call center, they gave me a lame excuse that my contact details are linked to another account hence the code doesn'tapply, which is false and then they refuse to reveal which account is using my details.

you are slow, very slowiii! and then 1 in 10 goes up to bring food as in advertising, always with excuses for example I don't have a chain or padlock, strange! also because they are not 10 euro bikes. Feel free to charge for shipping... embarrassed to say the least

I don't like this app anymore because the worst experience is going, and I don't recommend people to use this app. After a sudden order, if customer want to cancel the same time order, they don't have the option to cancel.
