Did not receive the takeaway. I placed an order at 9:30am but suddenly the delivery was prioritized to another place, which delayed the delivery time. Finally, the takeaway still insisted on writing "delivered (not received)", which made it impossible for them to compensate for the delayed coupon. No breakfast at 11:00, and I have to go through the trouble of applying for a refund and waiting for approval. There is no immediate customer service and no compensation.

0 pointed to customer service, activation of my account after requesting the service for inability to pay. I have always been correct with the interlocutors, made orders but visibly they did not take the trouble to look for the real reason. Nice bunch of fdp. To be avoided

Its a scam. Advertise you with the 12£ voucher for first order and dont let you use it... removed and go back to uber eats.

I didn't recive the order. After a week, I'm still waiting the reimbursement. Moreover, I didn't recive any notification that they're working on it.

the only flaw, I really don't understand why they tell you that, as a new customer if you spend more than 10 euros you have free delivery, but then, when you actually place the order, you are still credited with 4 euros and the delivery goes through. It seems like a joke... it would be more useful to say right away how much you actually pay. For the rest, nothing to report.
