Support staff are shocking
App falsely advertised a 0% selling fee weekend - I was still charged the fees. I requested this to be reviewed and copped the same copy and paste response from 4 different staff members - I politely asked to stop being spammed with this copy and paste response that was not relevant to my request and I was sent a long abusive rant from a staff member. I'm shocked at how unhinged their support are…

Steal Your Money
I've been waiting for weeks to get my payment due to me. I've contacted Customer Service and they are no help. They keep emailing me the same thing over and over with no help at all. Do not recommend this app. Use Poshmark instead. UPDATE: they reached out to me asking to reach out to their Customer Service. We are literally going in circles because I've reached out to their Customer Service a few times already and they are useless. UPDATE: it's been over 5 weeks and I still haven't received my money! Customer service doesn't respond.

THIS COMPANY SCAMMED MY GIRLFRIEND
First Depop bans her after over 5 years of selling on there because of a minor mistake she made. She appealed and they wouldn't let her get back on. Then, they sent her an email saying the previous item she sent out would not be returned to her and that the customer would get a REFUND??? LITERALLY TELLING HER THEY ARE SCAMMING HER TO HER FACE AND SAYING “What are you going to do about it”. If they want to make things right and actually listen to the customer instead of using AI and call centers to make their decisions, they can contact her [handle] And I will be updating this review based on their reply and possibly writing more bad ones to get their attention. YALL ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIVELYHOODS!!

Big Room for ergonomic improvements
This app is a great place to buy but it's cluttered. I don't know why there's not one tab that's divided into strictly purchases and sales. Then a separate tab for just notifications. All these windows get scrambled and it's so hard to find tabs you're looking for because nothing is as organized as it should be which is frustrating. Those improvements would make this app far more pleasant to use.
