Dexcom ONE+ - Latest Quality Issues

Zero support, zero interest in comments. Very badly working app. Dexcom is collapsing?
Dexcom's unprofessional approach to sick people using the app. Manufacturer support blocked in the app. The widget has been working badly for years, refreshing is hopeless. It significantly overestimates glucose measurements. Is it an expensive medical device for sick people or a very expensive gadget quality lower than the Chinese ones? Could it be that Dexcom from the US is following in the footsteps of Tesla?

Not bad but bug and alerts off in silent mode!
The app is well presented but why not override the silent mode. Freestyle does it well so it's possible! In addition, I set the high alert every day to 180 and it systematically comes back to 250! Unbearable bug and especially when you forget you go for the big hyperglycemia. Please update your app, it's urgent!!

Please people, the first app would send a notification every second now this app pushes passed my silent setting to set a random alarm every 5 minutes, during important meetings. You have a banner saying that it will not override the settings but that is exactly what the app has done. I had to manually go in and stop the noise. No! silence is silence. please man.

Needs a slide option for your chart. Unless you have a S-pen or something like that, you have to slap your fingers and thumbs over the graph to move the slider. Then reading the information can get a bit suss. Could loose the bright white screen and increase the text size, is way to small for a quick check, although the current reading at the top is great. Heck have different generation layouts and see which one hits the best with the end users. We know you can see the data, so use it for good

Used to be really good. Since last update I can't share anymore. We've been through all the trouble shooting but alas. Dexcom developers are aware but so far no update. Not good. Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra.

Updated suite
Following recent update, presence of the "information" screen each time the app is launched. It's very painful and exhausting with each opening. Edit 1/04/25: still waiting for the application update. Using
