This platform offers very limited buyer protection, so we strongly advise proceeding with caution. Our experience has been quite frustrating; we've opened disputes on several items due to discrepancies, only to be met with a disappointing £0 refund offer. In some cases, the disputes were closed prematurely, despite us providing clear evidence—including measurements with a tape measure—that demonstrated the items were the wrong size. Unfortunately, there's no option to return these items.
