I have bought two tickets, i send the link to my friend. Now because of a last minute problem i cannot go to the event with him. But I cannot transfer the tickets to my friend because the app doesn't let me to. He cannot use my link because it was just a link to download the app and not the tickets. I activated the tickets and still i cannot send them to him. He has to call off the concert because of me.

Asked for a refund over a week ago the show is coming up now. They moved the show an hour and a half away Instead of 20 mins from me. I have 2 kids so I can't swing that and no one is answering my emails or request for a refund

I don't like that I have to download the app to access my ticket(s) and that I can't just send tickets to my friends via a text link. It's very inconvenient and annoying.

Your application is a real disaster. I seriously consider not buying anything that is linked to your app, and buying at the door (more expensive). With the application already installed, a friend sent me the ticket that she bought for both of us. Directly the email that you receive for shared access and I insist, with the imposition of installing the app and with my profile already registered. It was constantly making mistakes. If it wasn't for the good faith of the door staff, I'll not see the concert.

I do not like this app or the website because I am trying to buy tickets for a concert but the website won't show me prices unless I download the app. Poor play and poor service I do not recommend this app to anyone at all and I hope this app fails.

I recently purchased tickets to a show on Halloween via this app in Santa Barbara CA because I figured it might be a little cheaper than paying at the door. When I got to the venue, the employees told me that I could either wait in the massive along with all the people without tickets to try and get in or bribe the security $20/person to get in and skip the line. Also, they were saying that other people without a ticket could do the same $20 bribe to get in. All the while, they were letting people in without tickets that were “regulars” to bypass the line entirely without tickets or bribe. What is the point of buying a ticket that doesn't actually provide you with admission? I contacted support because I wanted a refund since I couldn't even get into the event and today (2 1/2 weeks later) they responded saying they are only able to provide a refund if the event is canceled. Meaning they won't refund you if you are unable to get into the event and are physically there trying to get in. Seems like pretty shady business practices to me and I plan to only use this app if the ticket is free on it from now on.

I don't like the principle of forcing myself to install an application to download tickets that I have bought

The worst platform in terms of Ux and ticket resale. Only problems. Favor shotgun which allows the simple resale of tickets. Dice is a scam on this level. Edit following your answer: I did get your after-sales service, it didn't change anything.
