I can't install the app because "My device is not compatible with this version" (samsung galaxy S7)... It's nonsense, how do I get back a ticket that was offered to me? Why is being forced to install an application to go to a concert ridiculous?

The only ticketing platform that forces you to download an app that serves as an excuse to extract a lot of data from you. Shameful!

I bought a ticket via the Dice app for an evening at the Halle Tony Garnier in Lyon to attend an event with Trym. Unfortunately, the ticket provided by Dyce was invalid at the entrance, and I was unable to participate in the event despite a confirmed payment. On the advice of the people at the event reception, I contacted DICE support to report the problem. After almost a month of waiting, their only response was to redirect me to the Trym team, who are absolutely not concerned by this problem. I strongly advise against this application. In the event of a problem, customer support completely disclaims its responsibilities and does not offer any solutions. You risk wasting time and money without getting a satisfactory response. A formal notice has been sent to them, a justice conciliator will soon contact me to find a solution to help me manage this problem, do not trust their ready-made response to this comment. They look good from the outside, but there is no support once the payment has been made 🤮

The only reason for the one star is that the payment portal does not support one-time use virtual cards. Also, there are unfortunately no concerts showing for me in my city, even future ones? There's not really a way to check how much in the future it checks.

You need an account to buy a ticket, it is only available two hours before the booked show and the friends for whom you have booked tickets must ALSO have an account. So it is literally FORCING to register as many people as possible. It is absolutely not practical and very stressful to only have access to tickets at the last minute. Honestly, this type of operation should be banned.

Even if you cancel within a few minutes of ordering, they refuse to refund your ticket.
