Lousy service
I ordered some sneakers and although they arrived in the estimated time, when I opened the factory sealed box only came one sneaker, I spoke to customer service and they told me that they could do nothing but refund

Can’t login anymore
All of a sudden, the app stopped letting me login. I can still login online with Safari. Deleted app. Reinstalled. Same problem. Tried to chat but they told me to change my password. This is not a password problem. Disappointing experience. I want to be loyal but may have to wonder over to Nike

They still haven't fixed the Move tracker connection issue (Fitbit & UA Connected Fitness won't connect to the app; don't know about Garmin). This is a well-documented issue that's been ongoing for some time now and renders the Move points system useless.

App is just a layover on the website. The store and app is limited to sports and gear. Not worth the time to shop or browse. You can find better deals and gear in other stores. They should rename the store by just removing sporting goods and just starting to call it for what it is.

Canceling online orders
Trying to cancel my order was a nightmare, had to contact DoorDash directly to try and get the order canceled (even they had issues with the store) after they canceled it I came back to the app to contact customer service and make sure the order was in fact cancelled just to be told they have no way to check. Very frustrating will not be ordering again.
