It was good, but for a month and a half I have blocked all my cards (AMEX, VISA and Mastercard), curiously only the Didicard accepts me and I need to make payments with other cards, its support does not solve anything and I have already reported it at least 3 times without satisfactory response and I require immediate attention.

The driver made me wait 25 minutes when I asked for the car because I was urgent to get to work, I asked him if I arrived because the longer I went the waiting time was longer, in the end I canceled and I did not arrive on time and the app did not do anything about it but when I cancel after 10 minutes they charge me the total of the trip

The GPC mismarks the location and you can't schedule the ride like in Uber. It's impossible to get a car so you end up taking a taxi or Uber.

It is an accessible service, unfortunately the drivers cancel the trip when you make payment by card, on different occasions they have canceled the trip and it took me a long time to get Didi, and I ended up opting for another app. Didi Food's services are great.

I used to love using DiDi to get to places, but unfortunately after losing a phone in one of the rides and the lack of help to get it back via the app menu tab of lost an item which instantly said after careful consideration into the matter there is nothing they can do to help me with the missing item, I came to realise that they don't actually care about their customers and don't actually take matters in careful consideration, just tell you that they can't help instantaneously.
