No hotline, and most of drivers are scammers
Most of the drivers are scammers because there in no quality control at all! And there is no hotline, what a wonderful customer support!

Service and price is good, airport pick up is awful
Everything in the app works well, service, driver and pricing is good. One thing that can be improved massively is airport pick ups. Instructions aren't clear, often contrary to what the signage at the airport says. See Sydney and Perth domestic.

Frequent cancellations
It has become very common that they confirm the service and after 5 minutes of waiting or more they cancel it, delaying it by one minute. I have had to change applications when this happens.

Terrible service, terrible attention! Drivers' navigation to locate passengers is at the level of made in China, they don't know where to pick up the client, they change taxi units, which delays and disorients the client, they don't even arrive at the place and when canceling the trip they charge a fine! I do not recommend using DIDI, IT IS A TRASH COMPANY!
