Dangerous App Update Policy
“Narcissist” app thinks its the most important thing on your phone. Half the time I can't open this app because it forces FREQUENT updates. This puts you in a position where you need to freeze your card or check suspicious transactions, or otherwise use the service, in an area of bad reception or poor service, but you can't (leading me to use the card less). Why? Bad engineers and directors is why. Fire them, or fire the executive that put this customer-unfriendly policy in. Other banking apps find ways around this, no excuse for Discover. Our dev teams know what backward-compatible means and know how to execute, so this comes from someone with decades of experience.

Bug fix please
Hey there discover love your app and ease of use. But the buttons in the top left and right corners never work. To see other accounts I have to close the app and open it again. Could this be fixed?

what an absolute joke. So you're telling me The 2 bank accounts and 1 pre paid credit card and 1 CD That I have had with a credit union for 15 yo Is not a sufficient enough line of credit to approve me for a two hundred dollar card? You approved my broke ex-boyfriend.Who still lives with his mother. But the military vet with the savings account and mortgage is a no no? And what is this too many inquiries in the last 12 months I've literally never contacted you before! lol

push notifications are not working on the new s25 ultras. it worked fine on old phone, but my new phone will not notify me on and purchases like it use to. very disappointed.

Every other bank mobile app has a feature that sets a reminder when a charge has been posted. Please implement this.

Hidden changes
I chose a banking app as they are supposedly convenient. Well this company, which in the past made it easy to choose maturity instructions (e.g. roll over, deposit in a more fluid savings account) has now made it mandatory that I call them each time. CALL. So if you are doing the CD ladder, get them on speed dial. And I am sure this institution's app rating monitor will drape themselves in security response rather than the actual reason, to ensure we cannot easily remove our own money from their clutches.
