App failures

Since yesterday when I used the app on my cell phone all the time it was interrupting the movie by completely leaving the app. This does not happen with any other app on my cell phone. On the other hand I hope that Disney rethinks its content because like many others I do not agree with the forced inclusion of LGBTQ+ ESPECIALLY IN TITLES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS because at home I have children and for a long time I have stopped paying for their platform for this reason, in this ovation it was for a movie in particular, But oh surprise there is a problem with the app.

Way, way, WAAAAAY too many ads.

I've been watching Disney plus for a long time. Eventually, I got the Disney plus X Hulu bundle but it was on the ads subscription. At first the ads weren't too bad but over time more and more would pop up. Usually, it was after watching 3 or 4 hours worth of stuff and only then I would get 1 min 30 sec ads. Even then, occasionally, I could occasionally skip them by closing the show and opening it back up. But the ads have gotten so bad, that every episode of any show I watch starts with 1 min 30 seconds worth of ads. And starting within the today, and the past two days, what would happen is after the ads for a break would end, I would get another 1 min 30 seconds worth of ads! Sometimes I even get 2 minutes of ads and then only 5 minutes later MORE ADS! I've began to go insane from the ads and this is the last straw. It's more like I'm watching clips of episodes or movies in between ads instead of the other way around. A while ago I tried watching some classic Disney shorts and I got a 2 mins of ads when I clicked on it. You need to fix this NOW
