Extremely slow
Of all the streaming platforms I've ever subscribed to, this is by FAR the one with the most issues, a single movie will freeze and crash 10-30 times. Time to cancel the subscription.

This app needs to work with a firestick and have the option if putting in a phone number or email address. Also the area code accepts only 5 digits and in SA we have 4 digit codes, so it doesn't work. This could be sorted to work, but it seems that no one in tech or agent wise is willing to assist. They palm it off to Amazon Firestick. The customer is left in the middle with service on a pc or laptop and not their TV as is meant to. Very disappointing. I canceled my subscription.

No ads
You put ads on the old subscription price and suddenly you say that if you want it without ads, you have to pay TWICE as much... I'm unsubscribing at the end of this month! You used to earn 160 TL from me EVERY MONTH but now it's 0!

Paying a subscription to watch ads or what the hell is going on seriously is abuse. Very disappointed. Same goes for Netflix

Many films or series only in the original language even though we have already seen them in cinemas and even on the internet with other languages. The price increases from year to year so I prefer Netflix.
