Transitions take too long, can't skip. During special map events, you can't move emojis & emoji's powers don't clear like they should. Players should be able to use any emoji for these to enjoy the events. Power ups don't generate correctly during a cascade. Boxes too pricey for lovers of the game to get their favorites. You should be able to trade in extra duplicate cards for lucky cards if a player doesn't have those emojis. New leaderboard makes round result screen obsolete.

This game is great, but it seems like a lot of players have had trouble with it since the last update. My app was freezing at the end of every game I played and wasn't keeping track of daily log-ins. I deleted the app and downloaded it again which fixed the issue, but I lost a bunch of my emojis and game progress. I reached out for help in the app twice (this was a few weeks ago) and I haven't heard back. I'll still play the game, but am disappointed I've lost so much progress.

If you are a beginner & thinking to start to play this game, pls read the posts from player groups. Game Support customer service assistants are extremely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Game has error now and then like any other games but if supportive customer support can make a significant difference. By the way, game will force you to spend money by spending gems as daily mission. Nevertheless, providing feedback on this issue is futile as Support typically offer unfruitful message.

I dropped the rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. Don't really like the new leader board. I find I don't play it as often. Just log in every day and play maybe once or twice a week now instead of eveyday.

When you install the application everything works fine but once you have to download the content the application no longer works.

I didn't like it, the game keeps helping you, which is bad, I already understood and because of it keeping helping me I wasted time!!!! I didn't like it because in the place I saw it it seemed very good but it's not!!

The game crashed. It loads up to 42% and won't open. I've already followed the support step by step and nothing works.
