They changed the whole app and now you it tells you it's a five minute wait and 90 minutes later your still waiting. Support doesn't know what they are doing. Scheduled an appointment for four hours later with a doctor who can't work in my state. So two days later and still can't get help. So much for being “on demand.”

Waiting 30 plus min for a doctor virtually
I am not even sure if I did this right but the virtual appt says to wait because doctor is on another call with another patient. Been waiting for 36 plus miniatures . Same day I was kept on waiting till 1:30 for doctor in so called waiting area online virtually. As from 12:00 to 1:30 as I had a fever and coughing and spitting up head pain I was kept waiting. So I called a teledoc and they saw me in less then 15 min. I had to pay 49$ and got prescription ! Wasted my headache with this company and. Doctor on demand was free with my insurance maybe that's why I wasn't important enough. Never again for me

Bad Update
This is such a great service, but your recent update messed up so many things in my account. Insurance wasn't listed correctly, payments were not correct, and my children got mixed up with me during the change. Very bad. It's way more difficult to use now. Please fix it.

DOCTOR NEVER SHOWED
Appointment was set for 1:30. I waited nearly two hours before I gave up and closed out of the app. The entire time the photo of the Dr. remained and said “Your provider is finishing another appointment. Thanks for your patience.” No customer support on the weekends so I just got a generic “We'll get back to you in 24 hours” response. What an absolute waste of a company and my time. Will never be using again.

Broken
-Can no longer pick your provider -Complete medical visit history not shown -Prescriptions not shown -Staff unaware of app functionality -Staff unresponsive Been using Dr. On Demand for a year and a half and it was perfect. Did everything that I wanted it to do. It's completely useless now. I will be deleting my account and searching for another app.

Saw a provider for upper respiratory infection/ red sore throat
The Nurse practitioner that I saw was very young. She seemed very inexperienced. She prescribed me a very wimpy dose of 100 milligrams of doxycycline for a five day supply. I was told that a typical prescription would be 300 milligrams twice daily for 7 days. Dr on demand provider was not helpful and did not want to prescribe antibiotics. I had to return to see another physician four days later. I had a 100 degree fever for 6 days. Only after seeing the other doctor's office did I start feeling better. She told me that my throat was extremely red and that I needed stronger antibiotics and a shot. I felt better a few hours after the shot.

Used to be the best teledoc app. Now they "updated their look" and the entire app is broken. Appearances aren't worth sacrificing function. Especially for Healthcare. Extremely upset about the update.

I tried to schedule an appointment this morning. I received notifications that the appointment was starting and to open the app, however there was no appointment or way to join. I'm left confused and frustrated.
