Dangerous
Up until Integrated Health took over last month this was a great app. Since November I haven't been able to make an appointment with my med provider. Every appointment I make with any other provider gets canceled without explanation. I need to talk to a provider but I can't message them. Every “Care Team” member has done absolutely nothing. They keep saying IT is working on it. But with depression, anxiety and PTSD, going without the right medication is dangerous. Horrible company.

App is practically unusable with recent update
I don't know what genius decided to overhaul the entire interface but it erased every single patients files, everyone had to start over, and it has now become near impossible to book an appointment. My heart goes out to the victims of this update. I wouldn't be surprised if lapse in care results in a death.

Update ruined app
Dr. Phil should fire whoever authorized this update - this app is now unusable and since Nov I can no longer find any appointments with my Doctor I've been seeing regularly. Multiple messages to support team useless. They clearly do not value member health leaving us in the lurch like this with medications running out that need refilling. I am going to have to find a new provider.

What happened??
I have used dr on demand for years. Everything was perfect. Then in Nov they did an update. Now the date of birth on my lab order is wrong but no one will fix it. I cannot get my medication until this lab order is fixed. I have been trying to get in touch by phone or message and I get no response. Looks like I'll be looking for another service. Highly disappointed

Used to be good.
Previously, I preferred to use this service over any other option. It was fast, convenient and most things could be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Now, you can schedule a visit or take first available but either way you are going to be waiting. Example: I scheduled an appointment for 10a. Gave myself an hour of free time from work. I joined the visit at 9:50a in case the provider was available sooner. 10a came and went and by 10:30, I had to drop off. No point in making an appointment if nobody ever joins.

New update makes app useless
I can't see my previous appointments/notes, I can't schedule a new appointment, I can't do anything but look at my own billing and insurance information. Doctor on demand was my go to, now it's totally unusable. EDIT: I emailed support like advised in reply to this review, no word back, I've now sent a second email. It's not just the app either, it's the website. Useless.

Not good for consistency
App works fine, good if you need to do a quick appointment. Used the app for therapy and it is nearly impossible to keep the same therapist as opens are limited.

A prescription nightmare
Download this app if you want to pay for a virtual visit, be prescribed medicine, and spend more time on the phone to track down your prescription than you spent on the actual appointment!

Huge step back
Was amazing.. Now: No ability to send photo to provider No ability to contact anyone via chat No ability to add on 5 minutes to appointment time No ability to schedule with a specific provider No ability to request a doctor rather than an NP. In the past, they had all of these features. Wow..
