App doesn’t work
Most of the time the app doesn't work. The site is confusing and difficult to navigate. I usually just give up trying to use it. Especially inside the store

Easy to use but logs me out often & gives me a hard time logging back in some of the times. Other than that it is great. Just wish there was a way to redeem 'cashback' with just the phone so you don't have to physically scan your phone barcode for those of us who are always forgetting our phones when we leave the house 😉

The app is great except I have new device and I now have two accts I cannot log into . One of them has dollar General cash on it I now cannot use . Cannot find a way to contact support either ; anywhere . When I attempt to log in ; it says don't recognize device and sends code but can't get code nc new device . And noway to change number w/ o logging in ???

Sad to see there were no measurements on some of the Christmas items. Also how do you pick the exact item when it saw assortment? Might sell more if that was available!

I love that I can make a list and it automatically applies my coupons to the total! Just wish the local stores would get their inventory numbers updated because the app will say an item is available when it isn't.
