Took my money, didn't deliver my pizza, and refused to refund my money, even though I had a receipt. Referred to customer service who don't answer their phone. Sent them a message with my email, still no reply. Disappointed...

Complained that they no longer offered half and half on App, was fobbed off and given a £30 voucher, turns out you can't use the voucher if you purchase using any deals so I didn't save any money anyway 😡

Strange things happen when you switch your address - it removed an item from my basket saying that it was unavailable in my new store, but then I went back into the menu and was able to add it again so it was actually available!
