Used to be the best for food delivery before devolving into the most pathetic excuse of a delivery "service" by picking literally the worst possible "drivers" possible. I swear 75% of the time my driver is either driving the complete opposite direction of the store or is picking up and delivering 5+ orders before mine. What an absolute joke

Worst app in existence Almost every time I order they either get the order wrong or missing and I order things all the time when I don't have a form of transportation and have to depend on paying people to run to the store or restaurants for me to get food! and I always tip so that I get my food delivery without anyone spiting in it and I get notifyed late after the delivery when something was out of stock! I know it's the person's fault but whoever is running this should fix it!!!

Used to be good, now it's too expensive. It costs almost twice as much for me to get things delivered that it is to pick it up myself. When I do the drivers don't care anymore. I always have missing items AND they take forever to deliver.

I love the convenience. The surprise fees aren't fun. I'd rather know up front that a $40 pizza actually costs $80 rather than at checkout

DO NOT USE, MASSIVE SCAM, the food is WAY to expensive, i understand the delivery fee but 4 dollars for a medium drink + tax was 3 DOLLARS. Not to mention the tip im forced to give otherwise dashers wont pick up my order. I also recieved a order that was completely wrong. The price was 27.14$ and i only got 13.37$ back in DOORDASH CREDITS so i cant even use them on anything else but this scam ridden app. IF YOU USE YOUR WASTING YOUR MONEY.

The app was good until recently when my past two orders went wrong The first of the two I ordered and two items were missing then on the second order someone stole our food which was over 100$ worth and the customer service was terrible taking forever and just going in circles
