stores on this platform continuously are out of stock causing delays and cancellations. Doordash support is not very helpful when problems arise. order with caution or choose instacart instead

Everytime I use this app to buy food something messes up. Either stolen/lost food or the gift cards don't work. Thanks to them other businesses now are going to loose my business because they pickup for other places as well. This last time my food was put onto the street for the picture and then they took my food. I had to fight to get money returned or food replaced. Do not use this service.

Was told that my issue with not receiving items like I ordered it didn't qualify for a refund. If I'm spending $40+ for a burger and fries and I can't get it like I order it then you either need to stop listing those stores or go ahead and issue refunds when the quality of an item is not worth what we're paying for.

This app is terrible My order got canceled and refunded and the app support to talk to a Customer Care rep does not work. The chat always get closed. my order was still picked up 2 hours and delivered to the wrong address Just terrible!

Ordered from a place 2 mins from my house. My dasher picked it up and decides to go like 30 mins the opisite direction to drop of another order

So apparently, when your dasher delivers your order to the wrong address, TWICE, after being very explicit about instructions, it's your fault, and you can't get a refund
