DEACTIVATE
I suddenly got my account deactivated. The reason for it is that "we found that the account shared identifiable information to another account that was previously created on the platform". But, I've never created or used another Dasher account and have absolutely no idea what this could be about. I try to send them the appeal but after that they confirm that my violation occurred without giving me any proof which I did it? WTH ARE YOU TRYING TO DO DOORDASH???

New SSN verification
Monday morning after opening my app, I was instructed to do the new Social Security number verification. I went through the steps, entering the information and waited a couple of minutes to be cleared to begin dashing. I got the notification that everything was clear and I could dash but the verification did not disappear. I swiped up the app to restart it and it still did not allow me to start dashing. I restarted my phone, hoping that would clear this notification, but it did not. I had to go through the steps again, verification of my Social Security number, and on the second try, it disappeared. Just a heads up for you who will have to go through this process in order to dash.

Do this at your risk
They let the system do everything and when something goes wrong your rating goes down even if it's not your fault. Ware and rare on your Car and they get paid all of the money and give you what costumer paid over. Only good for a side hustle. GPS system is horrible. If you get into a wreck because of it sew them YOU ARE NOT WORKING AJOB!! You will have to pay it all back when you do your taxes but you are not owning the business You are doing there work for them while they let the system control everything. You will be better off at Macdonalds

Delay in Approval
I'm new to the app and I want to know how long it takes to get approved. Been on the same stage for 3days now, I thought it was suppose to be seamless.

Steady work, bad app
The app has good work, but it has too many technical issues that get in the way while dashing. If the network service isn't 100% the app becomes unusable. Not to mention half of the time the navigation has the pin on the wrong restaurant, and is awful at translating to other nav apps.

Platinum Dasher’s Disappointing
So disappointed since Sep 2024 as there is so unfair business model with platinum dashers. As I was working 10+hrs every day, now it went down to 5hrs as DoorDash business team playing with Dahsers efforts. Not making enough as per investing time and fuel expenses. Please look at platinum dashers feedback and need to improve in business model.

Today I was sent out of coverage of the Bloomington dasher area for petco orders, and the payment was not good, neither did any of the 4 customers tip and they were ineligible and they put me through gravin streets and not worth the payment
