Since the update I cannot take the drop off photo it says it needs permission but it has permission. Because I can take photos to send to customer but not the dropoff. Which I have to contact support at every delivery.

it sometimes ok but one they keep doing the gift things to people and then they take it away like to give you distance pay for like 3 weeks take it away in the ability to dashlink as a gold member and then take it away doordash acts like parents they give you things and take it away so it's very frustrating and you call customer service it's always a person that doesn't understand you and you do not understand them I wish there was a way you could talk to doordash people that can better help

my husband earned 52 dollars in the evening, and 18 on the card, and it is impossible to write to them, he writes there is no access, they are not bad at deceiving people

The Android version of this app is having issues. I have my Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus in an area with a strong internet signal, and randomly, when I take an order, it freezes, keeps loading, and I lose the order and my rating drops. Doordash support doesn't have a solution for this. I use multiple apps in the same area, and none of them give me any other issues like this.

The app WAS good until recently I lost platinum status that i worked SO HARD FOR and I lost it because I haven't been able to log into the app. when I do, the app just seems to glitch so bad now. when I go to open the app, it just keeps me on the loading screen and doesn't even fully open the app, and other times I get in the app but It just keeps showing a loading screen when I accept a dash Then it will occasionally glitch to the point where it accepts or declines dashes without my consent.
