Scooters evidently not kept in good condition, and no easy way to leave a malfunctioning one! Accelerator issue with my scooter was incredibly dangerous

I would like to be able to reserve scooters again, at least for a few minutes. scooters that are already gone are also displayed. Since the switch to Dott, the scooters have been defective much more often.

They bounded 40dkk from my mobile pay account for a 15min ride, charging me 32dkk. The rest 8dkk are bound to the app now, without any approval from my side. Also no discount offered as a starting user 👎🏻(will keep using Lime 🍋🟩 instead)

You have no reason to not use Lime instead, 3 of my bikes in a row had problems, and i got charged normally (battery not working on pedal, saddle not moving up, flat tire). When i got Lime after that, i never had a problem again.

My goodness, how bad is that. Tier was already bad as far as the accessibility of the city center is concerned, but this is bottomless. Scooters are parked everywhere, but with Dott you can't stop here. Scooters are still standing in the sharing parking lots. You can't stand still with Dott. And the crowning glory on top of that: When you start your journey, you can't even see it on the map beforehand!! half of the driving time I was busy getting rid of the thing again. Hopping mad!!!!
