My Mother has just received flowers through Interflora, delivered by DPD. Completely ruined flowers and the presentation basket smashed. Dreadful service

Good but few more tweaks
It's would be great to add notes to location or deliveries - also when it ask how the delivery went there is no option to put written feedback- so icon chosen not helpful if out of context

Postcode database is 2 years old please update so people that have bought a new build in the last 2 years can use the app

So called delivery attempt
Was in for my delivery. Was sitting in down stairs front room door open. A note was left in door , no chap of door of letter box or door bell was attempted.spoke to the chat bot anytime a complaint was mentioned it was suspicious unavailable again and again . Tried to use the app and it's as clear as mid trying to find it there

Worst delivery company
DPD is the worst delivery company to deal with, at home waiting for delivery get message sorry your not at home when I am, then send you a photo that isn't even your house, come on DPD at least get your driver to ring my door and stop being a lazy p***k and get out of his van

Profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by DPD
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company, particularly concerning the appalling performance of your chosen delivery partner, DPD. It is my firm belief that online businesses must offer customers the autonomy to select their preferred delivery service at the time of order. Such a choice would undoubtedly spare countless individuals the frustration and disappointment brought about by unreliable couriers. On multiple occasions, I have experienced the dire consequences of attempting to modify delivery dates through DPD's application. This process appears to guarantee not only confusion but the inevitable loss of the parcel. One cannot help but associate such ineptitude with sheer incompetence. Regrettably, DPD has long endured a woeful reputation, and it is high time the senior directors took decisive action to address these systemic failures. As a loyal customer, I find it wholly unacceptable to be subjected to substandard service. It is imperative that measures be implemented to restore confidence and ensure that such grievances are not repeated.

Poor service
Get a message delivery between 5 and 6 pm on Friday, went on the chat at 7 pm told it was running late. Ok I said fine at 1015 pm get a message item taken back to delivery hub. Complained only to be told no apology just it will come on Monday, it was my dogs food! They won't be happy waiting till Monday and told again to arriving from 6 to 7 pm . I won't hold my breath.

Useless drivers
On five occasions they can not found the location and sending pictures of different addresses where is clearly written the name of the cottage and calling it Stallion 😩

The app is totally rubbish. No Customer service and no live chat. it is a waste of time to use the app.

Personal delivery preferences - if you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time! 30-minute delivery alerts - we don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away. Active and previous deliveries - using your DPD app you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When we’ve delivered to your chosen safe place we’ll even send you photos of your parcel in that location for added peace of mind you. Multiple addresses - set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK. Driver tracking - see the name and a picture of your driver or why not track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. See your driver's estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel. In flight options - when we’re on our way to you, if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until we deliver your parcel. You can instruct our driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops.
