It Would be good if certain couriers would do there job right and not put parcels in the wrong place instead of chapping the persons door these parcels cosy alot of money our closes were I live there's ppl going around stealing parcels especially around the east end area check your instructions properly then the job will be done right

Can't login my account. App send you an email with a magic link to login and when you click on that link, that takes you to the preferences page in a new web window but app still the same. Tried about 50 times in different mobiles. Waste of time.

The app is useful when they deliver Terrible service when anything goes even slightly wrong. There is no geniunely useful help, clueless app bot chat and a team of people on call with no knowledge

I used to use this app to track parcels no problem. When I was expecting my most recent parcel I was asked to download an update to use the app. Now it wants me to set up preferences to use the app but does not work the Highlands of Scotland so won't even load the app.

I was waiting for my parcel today. But a Delivery man could not find my address and sent my parcel to pick up point directly. Why did not call me? I have to pick it up tomorrow. I am not happy with your service.

Utterly useless! Parcel delivered to shop I can't get to with no option to get it delivered to my home and less than a week to pick it up, which I can't do. Another company I won't be buying from anymore because they use DPD. Just have to hope I eventually get a refund. It's getting that those of us who are mostly house bound are running out of options when it comes to shopping.

my parcel was coming Saturday. First said running late then said could not deliver. coming Monday. said running late. then said could not deliver and posted a picture of houses nothing to do with us. we have a large parcel box and in all day. no calling card. Still no parcel. disgusted with dpd that I previously rated.

The DPD app lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience. Just tell us how and where to deliver from the range of options available and we’ll do the rest. Personal delivery preferences - if you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time! 30-minute delivery alerts - we don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away. Active and previous deliveries - using your DPD app you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When we’ve delivered to your chosen safe place we’ll even send you photos of your parcel in that location for added peace of mind you. Multiple addresses - set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK. Driver tracking - see the name and a picture of your driver or why not track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. See your driver's estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel. In flight options - when we’re on our way to you, if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until we deliver your parcel. You can instruct our driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops. Pickup shops - if you’re collecting your parcel from a nearby DPD Pickup shop, get opening hours, your pickup pass for collection and directions from your delivery address. ***Existing users Please note: Thinking of deleting our app?
