Limited favorites & difficult checkout process

You can only have 30 favorites in your account, which I find limiting. On more than one occasion, I've also had issues where the checkout options do not show up after hitting the checkout button or it displays a system error.

Customer service

Easy check out, timely delivery. Deducted one star-delivered wrong color of sneakers. Opened box after expiration date & preferred color not available. Kept, comfortable sneaker.

Terrible Tech Support

I spent two days trying to straighten my DSW account out. There was old information embedded, and no one could figure it out. Communication was bad, and I had difficulty understanding the associates I spoke with. I finally solved my problem, speaking to an order associate, not a tech, who immediately found the problem and made the correction for me.
