App issues
Generally I like this app, but lately it has been very buggy. It keeps deleting my favorites list or deleting some of it. So at least I'm spending less because my favorites keep disappearing! And as a side note, only 30 favorites is ridiculous. I save shoes to compare them and shouldn't be limited. (No one else limits favorites.) And there have been issues checking out as well.

I love the rewards. I'm very grateful. Don't get me wrong. But the selection is terrible. And way too expensive for being a warehouse. The entire premise is intended to benefit the consumer, after all, none of the products you're selling are trending, if they were they wouldn't be in a warehouse. Your inventory is comprised of products that the department store got rid of to make room for trending, sought after merchandise. And you're still asking $200 for the colors no one wants.

Filter did not clearly show shoes that were available at my selected location for pick-up. Adding to cart and applying discounts was buggy. Had to click several times and app wasn't intuitive enough to fill in my name even though I had signed into the app. Frustrating, look more time than it should have.

He stole my money and my gift card
I wanted to buy some shoes. I would not accept Visa or PayPal. I tried to pay with a gift card and it accepted a valid phone number. And he charged me and didn't send me anything. It's a complete robbery. That take my gift card money AND money from my Visa card.

App performance is inconsistent. Gift cards don't always work properly and cannot complete transactions unless I remove GC and pay with CC.
